The prices I found to be more expensive than the usual. I however found with my wife a pair of Vera Wang shoes that were reasonably priced and therefore we purchased them. I maybe going back to Khols but just limit myself to the shoes department.

I found everything I needed and some things I wanted. The cashier that helped me was awesome. When I thought that a pair of pants was too much she suggested I wait and see after I scratched the card. I bought them. That's good salesmanship. Synia is a great employee.

At this store everyone is in a bad mood. I went into to exchange a sheet set. They didn't have the size I needed on the floor. So I asked an associate and I was not greeted or ask if they could find it in another location. That's all we have. I will not be going to this one. There are others with better customer service.

I was in the store today and didn't find what I was looking for. I asked an associate, Cindy for help and she was great. When we didn't locate what I wanted she showed me how to check at other locations and when that failed she helped me to order it. She went out of her way to help. Great employee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady in the jewelry department took me out of line to check me out and the lines were not too long. I found her to be not only courteous but extremely helpful on obtaining discounts I wasn't even aware were available. I wanted to file a good report on her but somehow spilt something in my purse that ruined the receipt hence my lack of naming her by name. So I hope this review somehow makes up for the one that was meant to go to her main supervisors.
