Cashier was super nice and helpful. This store is 100% better than Merrillville. I drive an extra 15 miles to Valpo so I can shop in a better organized store.

Cashiers are very friendly and the associates are nice also, when you can find one to ask a question. The problem I have noticed the last 2 times I've been here, is that they are placing a lot of their signs in the wrong place and charging the wrong price, so, be very careful when checking out, know what the sign says and make sure you are paying the right price. Would have been charged wrong both times if I hadn't been paying attention.

Best Kohl's ever! Their Beauty Specialist is fabulous! She's friendly, helpful, knows her stuff and will even help you with product testing and proper application of the products in her department. I always look forward to seeing her smiling face when I make a trip to this store. I wish I had a picture of her to share with you all so you know exactly who I talking about so you can be sure to look for her when shopping in the beauty department at this store. I do believe her name is Michelle. My wife actually told me about this woman and that if I was out gift shopping for her that this woman would gladly help me and would steer me in the right direction. It's one of those times I listened to my wife (LOL) and she was right. Even a man without a clue is this department with the help from this woman I almost feel like I understand what I'm looking at and I definitely have a happy wife for whatever occasion I'm shopping for.

I like to go to this Kohl’s being near to my place. And Kohl’s have always some good coupons. I visit this store bcoz I can get get great deals on jeans and t shirts.

One of the best department stores available in town they have a great collection of clothes for reasonable price very friendly staff offers great customer support. Kohl’s runs great offers to make shopping less expensive than usual

Clean store, great deals, super friendly and helpful staff. Talk to Michelle in the beauty department she is very knowledgeable about pretty much everything in the store, and has awesome customer service skills!

Felt like there was no sense of organization. Seems like they sort by brand rather than type of clothing. I rarely shop at Kohl's and when I do I never have a pleasant experience. I didn't think the prices were that great either.
