I just tried to use my Kohl's cash which was one day passed the 10 day expiration date. I was going to spend a great deal more but was told I could not use my Kohl's cash which I earned by spending money there. I will never spend another penny at the Lavale Kohls. This is disgraceful that they would not let you use the money that you earned by shopping there Lavale kohls has lost this loyal customer, I will spread the word and I will guarantee they will lose more!!!

I do not come to Kohls very often but this trip was great. I came for one thing and they were having a nice sale on clothes well everything. There was an item not in my size and staff was happy to help apologized for the in convenience but happily ordered the piece online from the store to come to me at home. Store was clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. Costumer service in the back is very kind and helpful. There were plenty of people working at registers to have a short wait. And were patient with the fact that all my coupons were on their app. Normally other places seem like it's a bother. I recommend this place 😊

I like to go check out the clearance items. Got my daughter a pair of sketcher shoes for $10. They are always running different offers n sales so it makes good for ppl on a budget or not. Something for every1. They also have some very good employees. I asked if they had a fashion coordinator due to a business trip/vacation, I immediately had assistance and the girls were wonderful provided me with many options and gave me opinions as well. They just didn't go thru n grab the most expensive items and walk away. They found me some really good deals and some very nice outfits. Very helpful and friendly.

I've went here with my khol's obsessed grandmother for years now, wonderful store and staff. Only thing is that it isn't as big as some other ones but otherwise it's nice. :) (Still laugh about that picture I snapped 6 or so months ago haha)

Kohl's is a higher end clothing store with more expensive pieces than most places. Sometimes the quality is worth the price, but at other times it may be better to look at cheaper options. This is also heavily dependent on how often you are going to wear the clothes you are looking to buy. In my experience, Kohl's clothing items last quite a while.

I absolutely love Kohl's. They have a variety of clothing you might need for a special occasion or just casual. Very wide selection of merchandise. Only downfall is no rewards card, I believe every business should offer free rewards cards especially for those who can't get the charge card. & some of the merchandise is way over priced.. I've seen alot of the same brands & items at Gabes when I worked there for 75% cheaper than Kohl's offers. But regardless, I still love shopping here. Employees are always pretty friendly & helpful. Check out usually doesn't take that long either. Great addition to our town.

Walked past a manager and got no greeting nor any offer for help. I am so tired of how abysmal these stores are in the area. Literally no offerings for young professional men. A lot of the clothes I see I question if they even look at what they order before they get it in the store. 5 pairs of slim fit pants total in the store, all sized oddly and with a pinstripe pattern. Losing my mind.
