My daughter's 2 and doesn't know her abcs or colors so she had to see a specialist. Waited over a month for them to cancel after hours preventing me from making another appointment that day. The appointment finally did go well but I decided until after I got her glasses to write a review and I'm glad i did. Waited 3 long weeks for her glasses to come back being adult sized meaning they did not do their measurements right at all. Plus the prescription made her lazy eye worse which I do understand cause it probably is difficult finding a child's prescription if they cant tell u what they can and cannot see. But they could have at least made the glasses the right size. I could fit her glasses 😡 I am very disappointed. I guess shes going to have a lazy eye until she knows her abcs and I'm taking her prescription somewhere else where I know her glasses will fit and only have to wait one week to pick up her glasses
I went there this morning because I called to check if my contacts were ready and they said they were. I show up and they tell me that the contact delivery should arrive at lunch, so I go there after lunch. When I arrive they tell me that the contacts had not been ordered yet so now i have to wait a week until I receive my contacts. Bad communication on their part for making me take two trips to their office for no reason at all.
Awesome friendly staff! Would go again!
Need to discuss charges and procedures better with patients. Too many "hidden" or surprise costs.(AFTER SURGERY) Even with insurance. Buyer beware!!! Cross check all procedures and medicines prescribed with your insurance provider!!! If your healthcare provider doesn't inform you or know your coverages.you could be surprised at the cost!
My dad was scheduled for cataract surgery today using a new laser process. Due to high blood pressure, they would not do the surgery. While I understand that, I don't understand why he was then allowed to walk out of the treatment area, through the lobby and to the car without any assistance from staff. He is 89 years old and uses a walker. It gave me the impression that since the surgery wasn't happening, then their patient care to him was over as well. If someone's blood pressure is stroke level - 231/126 I think was the number - you'd think professional ethics would at least warrant a walk through the lobby on the way out.
If I could give no stars, I would.
Describe my experience? Its Oct 6, 2016 and I have to wait until January 7, 2017 for an appointment? Hilarious. I need new glasses now, not in January. I have an eye sight condition. I dob't recommend.
They treat every person so kind no waiting no double talk just great
