Kohl's has a good selection of items, at good prices plus good customer service. Store can be cluttered at times due to the amount of merchandise that have. Usually have good coupons to use on most items.

I've been to this store twice in less than a month to get some holiday shopping done. I understand its the holidays and they are at risk for shoplifters, but in no way was I giving them a reason to treat me the way they did. They literally followed my every move even when my 9 year old daughter was in the fitting room. I stayed outside hoping to give them a relief. But as soon as one employee would leave to let me actually shop, another one would literally stand there and pretend to be moving clothes around. I felt disgusted that they literally stalked and harassed me. Can you imagine being watched like you're a criminal the whole time?! Due to that, I left all my clothing and we left. I got home and cancelled my card that I had just paid off. I've never felt like I did something wrong that I didn't even do. Ill do my shopping at another dept store.

Kohl's is a great clothing storeespecially if you have a charge card. The clearance rack plus a great couponcan't be beat. Also, I always find that their clearance racks are labeled perfectly. If a hanger says it's a largeor mediumit is. Great attention to detail.

Another retail outlet store. If you've never been there then you're wrong on what you think they're selling. They're kinda pricey and sometimes have good sales. You can buy a t-shirt and an oven mit and a set of new pots and pans and nobody can tell you got them from the same place. Very big open store so don't be surprised if it's difficult finding an employee. They're probably 5 miles away from you.

Kohl's has a good selection at good prices plus good customer service. We bought a blouse in California where they forgot to remove an alarm tag. It was a gift in Fayetteville so I stopped by this store. They promptly removed the tag without hesitation.

Easy to get to because it has its own traffic light. Big parking lot. Clean and well lit. Inside is always clean. Employees seem to like their jobs. They are friendly for the most part. Bathrooms are clean. I try not to buy things that aren't on sale here. A lot of the prices are ridiculously high so look for the sales prices before you fall in love with the outfit.

Visited Kohls today with my sister. Always have had a good selection of bathing suits, unfortunately this year is different. I couldn't find anything! :( I 💗 this place & will still continue to shop here

My first shopping experience at Kohls has been amazing! I applied for a Kohl's credit card to use for my first purchase. After working a sweet young lady by the name of Morgan, I was extremely impressed with her attitude and passion as an employee for this organization. Our first purchase would have been almost $3800.00 (total savings), however, after all of our discounts, we spent $280.00 for winter clothing that was on your clearance racks. Kohl's were offering up to 90% off on their clearance items with an additional 20% off for that weekend only, plus an additional 30% off if you opened a Kohl's card, along with $10.00 off the total amount if you spend over $50.00(during Father's Day Weekend). We were extremely grateful that one of our best friends educated us to take advantage of this sale so that we could get quality items very cheap. Thanks Morgan for being a valued employee!! Please make sure you visit this store because the team as a whole are truly awesome. Thanks Kohl's!!!

This Kohl's is hit or miss. Some staff are helpful to a fault, some are not. The front cashiers had a great attitude trying to deal with a very slow system (the admin really needs to fix that) but when I was looking for a specific size of boy's clothing I got almost no help. I literally stood at a counter with two people who, though they were doing something on a computer, didn't even acknowledge me with a "I'll call someone to come help you" or "just a minute". They kind of snuck peeks at me and looked frustrated. No idea what that was about, since it was the customer service desk. I had to flag down some poor guy just getting off break, who tried to be helpful but didn't know a lot. Sigh.

They do carry a lot of neat nerdy lady clothes. It's mostly in Junior's sizes but since they carry up to XL you can usually sneak some in as an adult. Their geeky clothes are displayed in a very prominent area and they have a great ordering system.
