My cousin recently passed away and his services were at Sunset Funeral Home. I was with my cousin's wife when she met with Eileen, the funeral director. Eileen listened to our wishes and was very helpful with suggestions. She even helped with the family pictures. Everything went so smoothly. We are very grateful for the fine care we received at Sunset.

The team at Sunset took great care of us and our extended family when my father-in-law passed. It was very emotional time for us, and we needed extra hand-holding. Sunset got it and did everything they could to make this a seamless and beautiful experience. And it was.

The staff at Sunset Funeral Home was very helpful when arranging my grandmother's service. They made sure that everything was done just as we asked, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. They provided us with a sense of security when they took her into their care, which was very important to us. My grandmother's service was beautiful, and we loved the warm environment. A huge thank you to the staff for taking such great care of our family. We made an excellent choice with Sunset Funeral Home and will return for any future needs.

What a wonderful, caring, and friendly place. They just took care of all my fathers arrangements and it was a beautiful ceremony. The ladies were so caring and understanding. Even though I called the first time to tell them to get me off their call list, I was twice called from someone named "Sara" who was asking for to call her back. I have never given them my number (I've had my number for 10 years.) When I called them back this time to take my phone off the call list AGAIN, "Megan" was extremely rude. She kept asking for my name despite the fact that I told her I didn't want to give them my name, they didn't have my name to begin with, and that I JUST WANTED MY PHONE NUMBER OFF THEIR CALL LIST. She rudely hung up on me. Ridiculous.

I want to Thank Rick and Maghan and the additional support staff for all the wonderful care they gave my husband when he passed. The compassion they showed my family and I during this difficult time was beyond anything I could ever imagine. They have been there for us days after to answer any questions we might have. This is the first time I have used Sunset Funeral Home and the third time I have used Sunset Cemetery I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

When a long time friend died, I flew to Evansville for the funeral. I must say the funeral home was very beautiful and the service has all the personal touches that make it memorable. I wish we had this kind of service in Tampa.

Lack of experience with planning funeral services. We never felt confident that our loved one was in good care. Very unprofessional. They had great difficulty with simple arrangements.

Sunset Funeral Home & Memorial Park handled a friend's father's funeral and the service was exceptional. They treated everyone with respect and caring and went out of their way to make sure my friend's needs were met. Food was also catered in, which made it convenient. Beautiful place.
