Went to Kohl’s early this morning for some last minute Christmas shopping and was so delighted to have Carol as my cashier. She helped me find a coupon to save some money and has such great customer service! With the stressful holiday rush- she definitely made it a lot easier for me and my family.. can’t wait to go back and hopefully see Ms Carol!

Coupons make prices really good ! Store always looks stuffed with items. Staff is polite and efficient, which one can't say about Macy's.they don't have any staff !

Been shopping here for years and never really had any issues. Staff is always friendly! Just need to get all the coupons they put out there better explained! You sometimes go in thinking you have so much% off and it's completely opposite! I'll always recommend though!

It was great however someone in sales customer service something like that her name is Jenny she's rude and she's a capital B fill in the blanks from there. I asked a simple question and got shot down she didn't even look into it didn't care how did an attitude and so I was like okay that's not what it used to be she wouldn't take a simple transaction and put it together to make Kohl's cash like they're supposed to she says it's against company policy to give out Kohl's cash and that they don't have any more of those papers to do so which was a lie so left her in disgust went and talked to somebody that was walking on the floor and then got taken care of right away a cashier was super friendly very very super friendly and took care of everything that needed to be done and said that there was no problems in fact he gave us Kohl's cash on Kohl's cash paper that they supposedly didn't have anymore so the Jenny girl lied I will not be going back to her and I am going to be calling her out and letting her manager know how rude she is it wasn't just me that she was rude to she was rude to other stuff as well all because she was too busy playing on her cell phone and doing her own stuff then to take care of a customer that had a question and she shot us out of the water

Very slow check out lines. They ask too many questions take too long. It is not a place to be in an out. Most prices are still overpriced even though they try to act as if it is on sale. This is the kind of place that acts like all their merchandise is on sale even though it's just the regular price. For example a pair of Adidas tennis shoes at Kohl's will be on sale for 49 99 originally 7999 but the point is every single place you go that sells those shoes sell them for 4999 normal price. Between the fake on sale pricing and that take forever lines it's a shopping trip I despise.

I've never been treated so poorly by store employees before, 2 of them. So sad to say I will never shop at my local kohls again. Off to Austin landing I go

I have never seen so few checkout lanes open and so many people standing in line waiting as I have at this Kohls. I have gone in on a weekday during the day when most people are at work, and have waited in line over half an hour to check out. I simply refuse to shop at that store anymore.

I actually had a fabulous time at check out around lunch time. The lady Ms. Shirley I believe was very friendly to me. Even asked if I would like to open a Kohl's card. And I've been shopping at this place for quite some time now and was never asked that. So I said what the heck sure. And I got a credit started. Then that same day I went back before closing and went to check out and the lady was not happy to be seeing me w a basket full of clothes. so I just had her ring up half and left. big different but same place..

Good clothes, reasonable prices. Clean store, parking lot lights don't always work at night. Some staff are helpful.

I am so happy with this store.People are very nice.Management is great.Employees seem to like their job.That's what makes it pleasant to shop here.It is very clean even the strollers for kids were clean .Very impressive

This Kohl's is one of the cleanest kept stores I've been to. Most of the locations have been picked through so much that employees don't have time to keep up with customers rummaging and refolding of aisles. Bathrooms are very clean.

I like this location. They have a good selection. It's a pretty busy location so the racks can get messy and overcrowded sometimes, but I think they stay on top of it pretty well. It's the nature of the store with their flexible return policy. I think Kohls has really stepped up their game in the last several years with getting stylish clothes in stock. I'm 30 years old and feel like I can find plenty here to make me feel stylish.
