Some of the workers do not speak english. Trying to get help got confusing. We used the conference room for a business meeting and a girl thst worked there ased almost every person if they were the one paying as they walked through the front door. I would not recommend.

We had a nice night at this hotel although it is hidden behind the best western and so appears to be apart of the best western. The bed was a little hard for my taste but overall the room atmosphere and noise level was great. Had a very nice person check is in. The breakfast had nothing hot except for a western omelette and something else unappealing to me. They had cereal and breakfast breads and a waffle maker and juices. Which filled me up just fine.

Clean quality hotel. The breakfast is great and many hott coffee choices. Pool water was a little cloudy with barley any swimmers during our stay. Located close to tons of shopping and restaurants! Also Fresh hott cookies at the front desk.

Stayed here overnight on way from DC to St Louis. Room was clean and bed was decent. Major temperature difference between bedroom and suite area where kids were sleeping. TV in the bedroom didn't work. Breakfast options were fine, but I've seen better at similar hotels. Front desk personnel were rarely actually at the front desk. Wasn't terrible, but I'd probably try a different hotel if I had to make the same trip again.

We booked at this hotel on May 4 for a stay on June 8. The sole purpose of the trip was for a conference being held at this hotel on June 8. The conference was cancelled on May 30. We called on May 31 to cancel our reservation. The hotel refused stating we booked using a rate that was not refundable although the stay was for a cancelled conference at the hotel. Pretty inflexible and not customer friendly. I called the corporate office who called the manager of the hotel. The manager refused the refund to the corporate office. I'll cross another property and chain off my future travel plans. @countryinns

Water pressure was absolutely terrible, rooms smelled, looked very grungy on the inside, I was looking for a more upscale hotel and I thought Country Inn was gonna be that, especially for what I paid for it.

Room was clean, shower dysfunctional and dangerous. Center drain came out and I fell and got cut (you can see some of the blood on the shower floor and towel).
Front lobby manager took the drain cover and said ok we will fix it. Went to the front desk and all she said was "you got your bill already, right?" Didn't care that someone got injured, didn't want to take a report on it, and didn't even bother to say sorry. What poor customer service.

I loved my visit because it was for my friend's bachelorette party. Although, they were so strict about pool rules that we went to another hotel to swim and only slept at this one. Which was unfortunate because Country Inn seemed nicer

Everyone was friendly and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fine and the wifi worked well. I would not mind staying in this hotel again if I came back to the area

Great hotel. Would stay again. Hotel was clean, with modern decor. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. We enjoyed being able to make hot beverages anytime in the lobby and we liked the cookies. Staff was very polite. Good location
