Great deals. I love that there may seem like there is a long line. But they are really good at opening more cashiers when the line gets long. They have great customer service.

THE SAVINGS ARE AMAZING!!! BEAUTIFUL STORE! CLEAN, ORGANIZED, THE STAFF IS SO HELPFUL , POLITE, UPBEAT AND PROFESSIONAL! THEIR SELECTION OF MERCHANDISE IS OUTSTANDING!!! THE CHECKOUT LINES MOVE SO FAST!!! I LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!!

This is a great place to drop off your Amazon packages because you get 25% off any purchase when you do. They also don't charge you a shipping fee. The store it self is nice and clean as well.

Looked like they had lots of great items and good sales, but the line was so long that I decided to stand in it while my husband shopped, just to save time.

I went here to pick up an online order. In the end a total of 3 people were needed to help complete the process of picking up my order. In reality only one person at the customer service desk really know how to do anything and everyone else had to ask her what to do or they couldn't fill online orders or returns.

This is a nice place to shop, you don't have anyone breathing down your neck. Everything is in it's place, this store is very well kept I can sincerely say that "I had a pleasant shopping experience here".

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER NTERACTION AND ASSISTANCE the way shopping should be on this Friday morning I was able to come to Kohl's and find things that I didn't even think Kohl's had to offer! All that I needed for a photoshoot tonight. So thank you to BIANCA going that extra step taking me from Department to department and going in the back room and finds me what I needed. The kicker is she offered to do this I didn't have to ask. And instead of just saying sorry we don't have it or sending me off to another store I left not only dropping $300 finding everything I needed a Kohl's in Alhambra but super super satisfied with all the employees I interacted with or watched interacting with each other they all seem very happy and management is doing an outstanding job I love having the manager standing at the front when I'm checking out monitoring the line keeping everything slowing my shopping experience was excellent!
Thank you Keishay. Jessica and all the rest of ya working the floor!!! Everybody was trying to get me the best deal and the best products for my request I really appreciated that Queen store but more importantly people within a moment to reach to help me willing to help great attitude really love the interaction!report this review -

Nothing against this location. I'm not a fan of the chain. This store is clean, well lit, and has decent customer service. Plenty of parking too.

Always has lots of parking. Lines can get a little long but returns have been easy and the staff has been friendly. Alhambra is a lovely area and this store is a reflection of that.

This place is the best. All the times I have been here the customer service is above and beyond. One time had an amazing and friendly employee help my wife and I save almost $100. Came back the next week and purchased more just because of this. Now it's our go to shopping spot

Massive store with a lot of selections. I went in to see if they have pet related things but unfortunately, they do not. That said, I was really impressed by the sheer size of the store. 2 floors of cloth and accessories and some additional electronics and other home goods.
