Great store, crappy online services. Every month I have trouble with my password every month! It's like you don't want us to pay our bill online you want us to come in so while we're there we will buy some more stuff.. good business plan.

Service is great but limited options. Any surrounding Kohls stores have much more to choose from. Probably the smallest Kohls in the franchise.

I haven't shopped here personally in years. I always thought it was nice when I did. I recently went to return/exchange a few gifts for my daughter that were to small. The lady at the service counter didn't even give me all the money back on to the card. I guess there is some kind of a fee but even after the fee I should have been able to at least by a pair of socks or something. When I got to car & looked at the receipt & it didn't even look like she scanned a few items. Be careful of this place.

Awesome deals all the time. Lots of coupons to stack and get even better deals! They have a good return policy also. Never any problems. You can check and pay on your credit card in store also. :)

The store is nice and the employees always willing to help but like I told them today ,I don't go there to often cause like there purse area I am in a wheelchair and I can't see everything not enough room. I always get stuck. Same with the shoe area. The shelves are to close together. And I am sure that I am not they only person in a wheelchair that likes to shop at Kohls but why bother .make it bigger please it won't take that much more room

I only go here for workout clothing, socks, underwear, and some kitchen goods, but I think the selection is great for those items. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is quite helpful. Kohl's is a master of value perception: always showing you their "sale" price next to the inflated MSRP that you would typically never pay. That common trick aside, the prices usually range from really good to quite fair.

It is rather small for a Kohl's but the prices are good and the store is very manageable to navigate. It almost gives it a more intimate feel. The workers are generally pleasant and helpful and the checkout lines move quickly. Their return policy is generous and the ultimate example of consumer-friendliness in my estimation. The store is always clean and the atmosphere is typically toned down making for a good shopping experience. The parking is plentiful and, since it is in a small plaza almost by itself, there are not a lot of pedestrians walking in, around and in front of the cars trying to find a spot. In general, this place offers the prospect of a much more pleasant shopping trip compared to the places alternatives in town.
