Bad News every which way. Hour and 45 min. to get an oil change with appointment made. Pushy sales people who get all bent out of shape if you don't want to pay for there overpriced vehicles or schemes. Couple of cocky ones to say the least. I have never had one good experience at this place..Service or salesboth poor.
Bought my new Equinox here in September! Love it!
I have been in different places and states but I have to give the guys from koehne chevrolet in marinette a 10 they are very professionals really interested in your needs and very fast on service besides a good price like I said I will definitely will recommend this dealership ohh I forgot the waiting area is very nice I wish they had something else besides coffee
A special thanks to Todd Wilken the Sales Manager, Kraig Nelson in Finance and Kyle Johnson in the Sales Department for making our new truck experience enjoyable and so easy. In and out in no time and always there to answer any questions we had. The dealership was first class and everyone was very friendly. Todd, thanks again for all the help! Much appreciated guys!
truck was in and out in one day. excellent work. very professional.
Saved the day! Emergency pit stop, had us out in an hour. Great service!!!
I bought my 2011 Chevy Cruze from Koehne and I ended up getting into an accident. I thought it would be a good idea to have a chevy dealer fix my chevy but the body work was so bad that I lost a thousand dollars on the cars value when I traded in my car. I do not recommend at all. I have never had such horrible experiences or this poor of quality of work done in my life.
Thank you to my salesman Chris and his crew! They had to go the extra mile to get me into the truck of my choice and they were more than willing to do it. Also, the day I looked at my truck it was raining so they brought it inside for me A1 job!!! Well done guys, thanks again!!
Nice customer service. . Very helpful. . very clean
The customer service was great, but a 13 hour job done in 7, and three days later having to bring it back in was a inconvenience to me and it didn't say much about the workmanship preformed?
Very polite.
I brought my 2000 Chevrolet Corvette in for replacement of the back up light switch and provided the service rep. with the diagnostic steps I had taken to state that it was the switch. My appointment was at 11 am. my car did not go into the service area until 11:45 am. At 12:10 I went into to find out the status of my car which I could see on the lift and no one around it. The service rep went into the back and stated the tech was at the parts counter trying to get a switch. At 12:15, no sight of tech at my car I told the service rep to 'pull the plug' on the work as I had well exceeded my lunch hour. She stated they would finish up and that I would need to come back for the part to be installed. Appointment made for Thursday at 11 am. I got my car back at 12:25 pm . On Thursday arrived, car taken into shop at 11:08 and returned to parking lot at 11:23 am, My wife's car was also there for an oil change and tire rotation at 10:45 am.
I received bill for $124.00, one hour of labor, I brought to attention of service rep and she took to manager. No relief, I do not think I should be charged for service tech to do diagnostics that I have done, stand at parts counter for 20 minutes or fill out paperwork. I believe 30 minutes would be a reasonable amount of time that the car was worked on. Also, my wife's oil change, tire rotation took over an hour.
this was my first time at Koehne. my 2006- Z06 is my baby and know one has driven this car but me. Koehne did take good care of my car and my wife and myself by taking us out to lunch and pick us up when we were done. Thank you
