I went to giant to get flowers for my sisters concert and they were all picked out from Mother's Day. I completely get that. So I found two different bundles of flowers I like but needed them combined because I would not have time to before the concert. (I needed to travel with these for 3 hours.) No florist was available (it was 330pm). They sent me a produce guy and I asked if he could help me combine them. His respose was "I don't know I guess." So he left to check for something in the back and meanwhile someone else asked if if needed help. I said yes. I need someone who can tie two flowers together. So she leaves and gets another woman. She came over and literally told me that if she combines them there is a 30% upcharge. I told her I didn't want an arrangement, just a better way to travel. The lady told me "go to another Giant". So I did give my business to another Giant and they were so much better. Indeed. At least this giant admits they aren't adequate.

Aviod this place until Giant (Ahold) fixes outage. OK Giant, here goes. Staff is under trained and over when med with the simplist ofor task. Reco: Staff up and train, train, train. Cleanliness of store front and aisle. Easy stuf guys. Reco: uncluttered customer sservice desk, clean check out lanes and clean aisle. Lastly, the Bathrooms are totally not clean. In fact there disgusting. They smell like old urine. The floors are sticky. The sinks and paper towel holders are unsanitary. If a customer, employee or vendor uses these bathroom.. NOT GOOD! Come on guys, fix this place. You're loosing customers & money!!

Expired Drugs, Expired Soup, Expired Batteries. Don't trust anything in this store that has an expiration date. Check, re-check every item you buy.

It's very organized, everything is where it should be. All pay out lines are used unlike Walmart (1 or 2 lanes out of 20 are only being used) It's in a safe, beautiful location!
