Wasn't overly impressed with the sale experience itself & was sold a lemon. First & last vehicle we will ever buy from Kocourek. Save yourself the trouble & go to Breaman Ford.

We just bought a new escape from Don Newton. He was the best sales person that we have ever worked with. I wont deal with any other place. they treat you with great respect.

I worked with Don Newton on a 2015 F150 and my experience was wonderful. Don was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me all I needed to know, I would highly recommend doing business with kocourek and I will be back!

Went in and discussed trading in my vehicle on a new one. Dave Olson came up with a price for my trade. When it came down to making the purchase of the new one, the trade in price I was quoted was, in his words, "nowhere near that number we had discussed earlier". I'll go elsewhere for my new vehicle purchases.
Update:
Shawn Keepers and Ray Carver have been in consistent contact trying to make things right. I have since purchased a new vehicle through them with good results. They handled the situation professionally.report this review -

I bought my first car from Seth Hallgren and as a college student I needed something that was small, good on gas and inexpensive. Seth got me into a 2016 Ford Focus and I love the car. He was great to work with and dealt with me all day from looking at the car all the way to giving me the keys and a firm handshake. I am so glad that I purchased the extended warranty because I have had issues with the car and it is manufacturer issues entirely. In no way are any issues with my vehicle the dealership's fault because they did not make the car. I can't thank the service department enough for their help. Justin is an excellent service advisor an I am so thankful for all of his help. He does not pressure me into extra purchases and he always checks to see if anything that needs to be fixed is covered under warranty. Everyone hates surprises on their car repair bills and I completely trust the service professionals at Kocourek Ford Service to make sure I am good to go. Great work guys!

This is a top-notch place to visit and pick out a vehicle. Had a nice selection of pickups and even though I didn't see the one I wanted they got it for me. Hats off to people like that.

Was visiting a family friend in the area and saw a car online that I was interested in so I stopped by to check it out. My salesperson, Shawn Keepers, was excellent --> attentive but gave me space/time when I needed it. I ended up buying the car that day and he stayed well after close so that I could drive it off the lot that night. Highly recommend.

Bought a 2013 ford focus with the assistance of Dave Olson. It was my first manual and he took me out in the lot to let me try it for the first time. A little nerve racking with all the new vehicles on either side but the patience was what mattered most. He answered all my questions, of which there were many. And bent backwards to get me my car asap. A week after purchasing the vehicle he gave me a call to check in that everything was good.

I recently bought a Ford Fusion. Dave Olson helped me out during the process. He let me test drive several cars and spent hours with me making sure I took home a car I loved.
Update
The process of buying my vehicle was okay. However, it's essentially mission impossible to get someone to contact you back or get answers after you purchase your vehicle. Good luck if you plan on using this dealership.report this review -

Great customer service! Traded in my car for a model year old SUV, and when I got home with my new vehicle, I realized there was a screw in the tire. I called the salesman that I worked with, and the next day I had a patched tired at no cost. Great people that are willing to go out of their way to make you satisfied.
