Doc Wilson is a Class A country veterinarian. He cares about the animals brought to him for treatment. If the staff isn't top-knotch, that's becuz ANYONE who has ever been a business owner KNOWS that good help is very hard to find, especially in such a small farming town like Knightstown. I bring my pets to Doc Wilson becuz I trust Doc Wilson's medical expertise. I'm not there to be catered to by the receptionist. If Doc isn't there on time, it's because he makes visits to farm animals in the surrounding farm country. Maybe delivering a calf or tending to an injured horse. Doc Wilson's veterinary hospital isn't a fancy high-tech hospital chain where there is a revolving door for veterinarians and staff. Doc Wilson is solid knowledge and experience. He isn't trying to sell you every unnecessary service and procedure under the sun, either. Doc Wilson is ☆☆☆☆☆ and more!

I love doc Wilson. A lot complain about appearances of the clinic and staffing but this is how things used to be. The tools are clean and that is what matters. The process is sterile and that's what matters. Doc cares about the pets and THAT matters most. I'd rather come here any day than white collar clinics where the vets have dollar signs for eyeballs.

The people are rude and it is not a very clean environment. If you make an appointment don't expect the doctor to be on time. If you love your pets don't bring them here.

Terribly rude staff. Called about getting my dogs shots up to date and the women who answered the phone so exceptionally rude; harsh tone, sighing, very snippy. I took an older dog here years ago and the office was disgusting and the staff were rude and trashy then too. I can only assume not much has changed. after her last rude comment I hung up without making an appointment.

i didnt have a good feeling about this place but my boyfriend said a friend recommended the place to me it was dirty with rude people we ended up getting our 13 week old pit girls ears cropped everything seemed fine but when i took my baby back the 2nd time to get her bandages changed she was aggressive so dr. wilson gave him a tranquilizer right away my pit threw up and dr didnt even say why or anything till i asked if it was a side effect he it said yes that medicine would wear off after a couple hours.the next day my girl is acting funny she wont eat and just layed there and it went on for three days she also started vomiting and bloody diarrhea i called dr wilsons office and asked about tranquilizer and she said the tranquilizer wouldnt do that. i took my dog to emergency vet and they ruled out parvo and said they didnt find nothing they werent sure. To me it was the tranquilzer my dog was just fine and healthy upto date on vaccines and thats the only place i took her so if you want your buddy to die take her there yes the price is cheap but you get what you pay for i wish i would have thought it over now shes gone and nothing i can do please dont take your dog there.

I've used Doc Wilson's services on and off over 10 years and always come back to his clinic, others may be shiny and new but you pay for that with crazy high prices and unneeded procedures. Doc Wilson does what is needed gives it to you straight and all for the best prices around. When my pets need a vet I want knowledge and experience and Doc Wilson has that in spades!

It looks like this guy runs a old nasty vet clinic out of this house. There were baskets of laundry sitting around and he had no staff there during normal business hours. The "doctor" was aloof and rude. I will never take any of my pets there. Everything was run down and dirty. Disgusting.
