  Ken is awesome! He's not like any other agents I know. Most agent's are about transactions. They make a sale and you never hear from them again. My last agent was like that. I bought a policy from him and I never heard from him for like ten years. That's why when I met Ken, I decided to go with him. I work at the call center and I met him because he was calling in to file a claim for one of his insured at midnight. I was like "wow, you're still working" and he's said yes. Told him, OK you need to be by agent. So I switched to him the next day and I have not regret it. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He's the kind of agent you want and need. Someone who is there for you rather you need them or not. I would recommend Ken to anyone.~Zer
