Very reasonable price for a quick stay in Atlantic city..could use a more spacious parking facility..

Room was acceptable. Blanets were thin and the room lacked some key items such as ironing table. Overall location was close to boardwalk. Service was adequate.

I would give it no stars if I could. The hotel was so gross. When we opened or rooms door it smelled so horrible that you could vomit. They didn't give us any body towels in the bathroom. Our carpet was wet when we walked in. There was what we believed was blood on the bathroom door. They gave us throw blankets instead of comforters. Which was barley big enough for two people to use. Our door barely shut you could see light coming from the top of the door. Costs far to much for what you are getting. Also needs more outlets and lights that work.

I went down to the beach overnight with my husband and my son. We decided we didn't want to spend a lot on a room but so we went for something more basic. There was nothing fancy about it but it had everything we needed as a family, a bed, a shower, bathtub, mini fridge, and a flat screen TV. You had to go to the main office to use the microwave, but we didn't need it anyway. It was clean and a reasonable distance from the boardwalk.

The place was not clean. It was a terrible odor in one room. They tried to accommodate us with another room. It wasn't much better. It was not a place that you would want to lay your head and rest. We didn't even stay. We ended up leaving and cutting our trip short.

Warning! They do not tell you that parking is one time only!!! We came from Maryland and it was our first time in AC so we wanted to drive around and get to know the place, well when we came back to the motel all of the parking spots were full so I walked to the front desk to ask them where extra parking was and they told me they only give parking 1 time, you can not leave and come back!
After arguing with the man and telling him that he should have told me that in the beginning he gave me a parking pass for parking in the back.
Besides the extremely poor customer service the rooms are really nasty!
I asked for non-smoking and the room they gave me reeked of cigarettes! The walls were moldy! There were blood stains on the comforter, and the door the the bathroom wouldn't close!!!!
Worst place I have ever stayed!!!! You've been warned🚫

Bathroos are gross. Sinks stopped up with hair and other disgusting objects. The people who run the place were complete a-holes, wouldnt even let us use a printer. The red carpet across the street staff was nice and allowed us to print a ticket. Screw knights inn.

Booked a twin bed room (only one available at the time) for $150 after tax this passed Friday morning. When we get into the room, around 8 o'clock, I check the going rates to find that a twin room is now $60 to book. Was not informed of the lowered rate. Got into the room to find that the pictures online are not an accurate representation of the condition of this place.

Cigarette burns in the sheets, stains all over the walls, carpet, wall fixtures, and bathroom shower curtain. There was only one available outlet across the room from the bedside nightstand. Coffee maker was dirty, there was no coffee or tea in the room. The desk chair arm was broken and came off when I went to sit. There were no batteries to the remote for the TV. People booking should be aware that their "renovations" include new bedside tables, a new desk, and a new TV stand. Everything else was kept the same. If you can find a hotel for the same price or even a little more, go there. This place is a literal crack motel.

I had a bad experience the person doing check in (male) was very rude. Not only to me but several guest including the ones in front of me. It took 1 hr to get checked in because my first room I went in was filthy! One bed had dirt in it food crumbs sheets stained bathroom dirty the ceiling was cracked and had water damage, the mattress was ripped all down one side felt like a box spring and smelled heavily of smoke. I specified in my booking I had allergies and breathing issues, which was dismissed. They also only give a ten min window for you to check the room out and see if you want to leave or not to get a refund..When I went back down I told the GM what I found, she was very helpful in trying to resolve my issue but I was disappointed in how long it took to get a new room. I arrived at 515 pm and didn't get in a semi comfortable room until 630pm because of the GM NOT having enough help and having to do her job and the gentlemens at the check in desk. Smh after returning from my event I discovered my new room did not have a light bulb inside the room and the room phone did not work to call I was fed up. I gathered my things and left at approx 1 a.m. I will never return to the knights inn and would not recommend this place either. Very un organized short staffed but the GM Did her best.
