We hired them through USAA's road side assistance to tow our car to a repair shop. At the insistence of the driver, my husband stayed home and trusted the driver to deliver the car and place the keys in the drop box, because "he does it all the time."
Come to find out, the driver parked our car in the very back corner of the dealership, didn't leave a note and left the keys sitting in the driver's seat.
I call the owner and he says they aren't liable for putting the keys in the drop box. Very interesting.
Would definitely not recommend unless you want your car to be up for grabs by an opportunistic thief.response / report this review -

Saved us on the 4th of July with a broken motorhome. 2 wreckers and a cab were sent to get us from Knights and they were very polite and professional! Cannot say enough good things for what they did to help us!
