This place sold my buddy a Ford Ranger. He has had nothing but problems with it. He had Buckeye Ford install new tires at the time he bought the truck. A few days later the vehicle shook so bad on the highway he had to take it into the shop which informed him the tires were not balanced. Clutch went out and injectors had to be replaced in the first week. I recommend having your own mechanic inspect any used vehicle before you buy it from this place
I can’t tell if they’re a car dealer ship or a telemarketing company .. don’t give them your number won’t leave you alone
Pretty much guaranteed a sale to them when I called for my dream vehicle they had and they refused to do business with me because I'm not local. Definitely recommend finding your next vehicle somewhere else!
We have bought all our vehicles here. The sales staff is great, very understanding on helping us with what we wanted and not pushy like some salesman can be. The people in the service dept. are very dependable and they have always treated us right.
As always Jerry McClain has always helped me and my family to get into Vehicles whether they be brand new or whether they being slightly used but they've always done well by my family and I believe they will always do well with my family I thank them and appreciate them for everything they do for Shumaker families
Great experience. Very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable sales rep (Dwayn ).
Best vehicle buying experience. Friendly, helpful, no pressure staff. Great vehicle, great price. Definitely coming back.
I have gone up there twice. Had to deal with salesman, Carl, he was rude on the phone and then rude and demeaning when I was there. I tried to talk to the manager, left messages and have not had a response at all. According to Carl but I'm sure it's not thanks to him!!
Was a hassle free process buying a car from Buckeye Ford Lincoln.
The salesman, AJ or Adam, did a wonderful job communicating with me and answering all my questions.
My biggest complaint is their stance on price negotiation. This dealership doesn't like to budge on vehicle pricing. They claim to "price to sell".
My second complaint was with the service department. I ordered a set of new tires for my vehicle that I purchased from Buckeye Ford Lincoln. The service department didn't think to double check the sizes of the tires before I arrived. This led to me making additional trips from Indiana (where I live) to Buckeye Ford.
All in all, I have a new truck and new tires.
After looking all around Troy in October when I was home on leave, I found rust buckets everywhere. I found Buckeye Ford on the internet through one of the many vehicle shopping sites. I was impressed with the ability my mom and I had to look at vehicles there without being swarmed or feeling pressured due to the friendly, non-pushy atmosphere promoted by their staff, especially the very friendly salesman we worked with named Brad. I had originally gone there for another truck, but found the 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 I ended up purchasing. It had some great aftermarket additions, had a powerful hemi, and looked great. It did have a little rust on the inside bottom of the doors, more so one side than the other where a weather strip had come off. With the truck being over a decade old, in a northern state, and only having 116,000 miles, I was willing to accept it after Buckeye Ford agreed to have their guy essentially sand down the rust and paint over it with matching paint and an anti-rust coat, that should keep it from spreading for a while. They were able to come down off the price a little, as well as throw in that paint work. The vehicle value was about $2,500 over what I ended up paying. I felt like I had come away with a victory, and they sold a vehicle. Brad was a pleasure to do business with. He was very helpful, friendly and funny, and willing to work with us at every turn to help us purchase the truck. I'm very happy with it, the entire experience, and would definitely recommend Brad and Buckeye Ford Lincoln of Sidney!!
Bought 2 brand new batteries for my 95 ford. Had one go bad and they wouldn't help me out in anyway. Recommend any dealerships but this one
I have now bought 2 new cars from Buckeye Ford. Absolutely no complaints with anything about my experience with them the sales folks are great, no pressure tactics (kind of strange when you have gotten used to them pouncing on you the minute you step foot on the lot), the second time they didn't have what i wanted on the lot so they went out and looked until they found exactly what i was looking for, Carl was relentless in his search and didnt stop until he had exactly the car i wanted at the price i was willing to pay then they gave me top dollar for my trade in! And I love the service department, they always do their best to work with my schedule and get me in when I want to come versus telling me when to come.
