All in all our buying experience was great but there were several small factors that leaves this place lacking. We were on a tight schedule and needed to close quickly, but the RV wasn't ready to go. It needed new brakes and hydraulics, which we weren't told till after we put down a deposit on it. Our move to Alaska for the military was delayed a week which endangered my husband's job. I'm very very thankful they fixed it for us with no additional cost, but it would have been nice to know before we settled on it. But the RV itself is great!!! Sitting in Canada right now, almost to our new home!!!!

Paul Sherry's is a smooth running operation with quality care and service in every department. We purchased a Forrest River Grey Wolf 22RR toy hauler 12/02/2017 and from our first contact salesman Tim Martin who walked us though process and made it easy, comfortable, and satisfying experience. The finical department helpful and worked to meet our needs as we wished and even got our financing with our bank at a great rate. Scott Fitch was amazing teacher and even though we have camped for years taught us a great deal and was happy to answer my every question. And they have a great quality and value in Forrest River products. After shopping for over a year at least for us the Grey Wolf is miles ahead in value,quality and workmanship. Highly recommend this dealership and the product they sell .

Went to pick up a part for a friend. They never ordered it and didn't tell him it would be delayed. Had to go back the next day. The service was friendly, but they dropped the ball and I was inconvenienced.

There are several buildings. Make sure you know which one you are looking for because the lots aren't all connected and getting to the next one over can be a pain if traffic is against you.

We bought a use trailer from Paul sherrys. We knew it needed some work everything worked as they said it would. We have really enjoyed camping in it. The best part of the whole experience was our salesmen Bill Clark I would highly recommed Bill. He was very patient with our decision and did not pressure use in any way. I can not say enough good things about Bill. If your looking for a new or used camper you have to ask for him.

On September 1, 2017 I had the opportunity to purchase a 2018 Forest River Cherokee Gray Wolf travel trailer from Paul Sherry RV. The entire experience was flawless without any complications whatsoever. I contacted the dealership via email requesting information on the above travel trailer and was immediately contacted, as I requested via email, by salesman, Dave Kalser, Dave provided the information I needed and offered a great price on the unit. I contacted several other dealerships and none came close to the Paul Sherry price or the service to my inquiries that was given by Dave. The information that was needed before my scheduled pickup of the travel trailer was made clear and transacted very clearly via email. When I arrived to pick up the travel trailer everything was in order and Dave and the technician provided assistance in modifying my hitch for the new unit. The entire transaction was fast and efficient.

I could not have been more pleased with all aspects of this transaction as well as Dave and the other staff at the dealership. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend these fine professionals.

We just purchased a brand new Grey Wolf Toy Hauler from Chad at Paul Sherry RVs. Chad was great as he answered every question that I could possibly come up with and was completely up front and absolutely no pressure for us to buy. In fact, we were looking at three other dealerships and because of his customer service we drove 3 hours to buy from him! When we got there everything was ready for us as promised. Ryan was awesome too and did a very thorough walk through for us to make sure we felt comfortable with it and didn't have any questions. Sara was also super easy to work with in financing. We were in and out in a couple hours. Great customer service all the way around. Well done Chad and Paul Sherry RVs. We couldn't be happier with our new toy hauler and can't wait to use it!

We went to Paul Sherry RVs after disappointing treatment by another very large dealership. Robin Sulfridge was a wonderful salesperson to work with in helping us find and purchase our fifth wheel. Steve, our tech who did the walk-through, was thoroughly knowledgeable about our new RV and everyone at the dealership was so friendly, especially compared to the 'other guys'!

After shopping around we found these guys had the best deal for what we were looking for and had the model we requested in stock. We didn't explore the lot but it looked like they had quite the selection. Everyone we encounter was great to work with. They got us the deal we were asking for and on our way. Ask for Shaun Frost for sales , he was on top of things for us!

We had a great experience at Paul Sherry! After months of shopping around, we decided on a Sunset Trail after meeting with salesman Bill Clark. Bill was very helpful, honest, and knowledgable; he answered all of our questions and quickly addressed our concerns, but without pressuring us into a purchase. We picked up our new camper last week and were very satisfied with the overall buying experience at Paul Sherry. The price was what we were told without any hidden fees, and the couple of minor issues we found with the trailer were quickly resolved by Bill and the service manager. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!
