  The two employees arrived on time and were professional. The job they did was acceptable after suggesting they use a brush on the North facing gutters that were not coming clean with the pressure washer. The brush worked and the gutters look much cleaner. The two complaints I have is the fact that they filled up there fresh water tank on their truck with 100 gallons of my RO treated water and left my house without water for most of the day. This is an unacceptable practice since they should fill their tank at the shop. I can only imagine that they forgot to fill prior to leaving the shop or this is normal practice to save money on fuel. Either way it is not acceptable. The other complaint I have is I had to rinse my windows and sides of the house the next day after the cleaning solution dried and left a crystallized residue. I suggest they do a better job rinsing the house and windows, possibly take the time to squeegie the windows. Overall I was satisfied with the job however the two issues I outlined would make me consider another contractor next time. This company purchased Snappy Clean who we had been using for years with great satisfaction.

  Recommend by my neighbor. Scheduling easy. Quick response and very thorough cleaning, sanding and sealing. A follow up issue quickly and professionally resolved. Everyone has a positive attitude and helpful is their middle name! I am glad I chose Kingsway from the other estimates I received. You can not go wrong and I love the look and overall completed job is stellar. Thank you all!!

  Very good company to work with. Nicolas was very personable, on time and did a great job. Company was top notch from initial estimate through the complete job. Would highly recommend if you want a professional company to seal your pavers.

  The guys, Nick and (I've forgotten the other man's name) were punctual, worked very well together and were done exactly when they said they would be done. The pavers around the pool and in the lanai look almost brand new. Driveway and pavers around the garden also look great. Pricing was very good. Also cleaned and spruced up the gutters for a great price. Nick answered any questions I had. Couldn't be happier.

  Poor quality. Hired for driveway and lanai based off positive reviews. Was sadly let down.
  After completion of service, noted several spots with sloppy spray application of sealer causing very noticeable spots on my pavers. Spoke to manager who claimed must be oil drops from my car and not from them. I explained to the manager I drive an electric vehicle that does not have oil and I park in the garage.
  Also noted overspray on my garage door that was unable to be scrubbed off after several attempts.
  Same overspray noted on sidewalk.
  In addition, they applied way too much sand and did not spread between the pavers properly, thus there are huge clumps of sand all over, looks terrible.
  Contacted company and they would not respond to my concerns, just kept sending me the invoice for payment.
  Would not hire ever again.
