  Dr. William Nguyen and his team have been angels in my life.
  
  From day one when I met Dr. Nguyen I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile and treated with kindness, compassion and acceptance. Dr. Nguyen embraced the condition of my teeth and devised a plan to do a complex full mouth reconstruction with implants and implant bridges. He explained all that would be involved and thoroughly answered my questions.
  Dr. Nguyen has always been kind, he is always smiling and cheerful as well as encouraging and supportive. Dr. Nguyen is confident and knowledgeable when he approaches all dental procedures. He is gentle when giving shots, extracting teeth and placing implants. Jess, Dr. Nguyen’s dental assistant is attentive, very smart and they work together in unison. Your new teeth are created in a lab on-site just for you from the size and shape to the custom coloring. Dr. Nguyen has honestly been the best dentist I have ever had. I highly recommend him to adults, children, and seniors.

  Best run operation in the area. Dr. Nguyen explains everything in detail.
  The Plano location has a superb staff and top notch equipment.
  Don't go anywhere else. I've been a patient for 6 years. Very very pleased.

  Talked to Arte Dental about doing an implant because I received a flyer in the mail stating that it could be done for $1,700. I scheduled the appointments and talked to Jacob and was told the implant would be under $1,600 so I agreed to have it done and now I am going through the procedure. Three months later I come in to make an impression for my implant and I am told I need to pay another $1,300+ and I feel as if this is a complete bait and switch and deceptive advertising practice and would not recommend them to anyone and will be contacting the attorney general and dental board regarding this scam.
  
  This is in reply to the reply from Arte Dental. If I was okay with that price then please send me the text message like you said you would or send me all the documentation showing the breakdown of the price, you can’t and you know it.

  This is seriously the best dental office. They don't try to take your money unnecessarily unlike some other dental practices in the area! I came to this practice after feeling taken advantage of by another dental office. They are extremely honest about treatments needed/not needed. Their kindness and patience is outstanding, and I am SO incredibly grateful to have found this place.

  I was supposed to do my crown at another dentist, Got an flyer from them saying discount, and I made an appointment with them.
  First time experience, I got there on time, and they let me waited for 45 mins to see the assistant, assistant lady spend another 45 mins to do all the exams and scan, then the doctor showed up, he spend 15 mins saying all other things I need to do, and good sales pitch, after total 1 hour and 50 mins, the assistant give me a paper to sign ask me to pay. For almost 2 hours, they didn’t even start the surgery. Most importantly, after their discount, they are a lot more expensive than other dentist. And now, I got charged for the exam, ridiculous. Their flyer is scam, they will try to sales all the package to you even you don’t need them. Don’t believe their membership program, first time I heard that you need membership for dentists.
