New to Baycare. Called Customer Service and was placed on hold for 11 minutes. At the 11th minute, I was “disconnected “. Called back and message said “We are closed”. No hours posted anywhere and no message.

Dont bother with enhanced dental. Argus is a Scam. Have called Baycare and Argus soooo many times and get the runaround for a dental preapproval. They wont expidite an issue or assist in getting a timely resolution. I WILL NOT BE ENROLLING AGAIN. SAD

Called to get a Primary care provider, they were very nice and three way called a provider who accepted me as a new patient. Within a day, Bay care changed the primary care physician without notifying me, I called the original physician to do the intake . A few minutes after the physician calls me back and notifies me the PCP has been changed by baycare and I will have to wait another month to be able to see her but first I have to call Bay care. Called Baycare with absolutely no help whatsoever. Still don't know who my doctor is or even where they are located.
