We are evacuating Hurricane Irma, and this gym allowed me to use a free pass during our stay in Macon. The gym is clean, the staff was nice and they had a lot of different equipment. Their treadmills are new, too, which was a nice change of pace from my gym at home. I'll be back a few more times before we leave Georgia, and am glad they were able to allow me to use their facility.

Be careful, be careful of this gym, DON'T do membership with them, they tell you it's free cancellation, once you move, but they still charge you. And if you try to talk to them, they never cancel. Hope my review helps other ppl, I did membership for almost a year now, and I'm trying to cancel, but they don't wanna cancel me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, they're not professional as they seem.

Great gym. Lot of workout machines including several free-weight equipment. Rpm room, group fitness room, as well as a daycare. Fun and exciting staff!

I absolutely Love this Gym!!! The staff are always FriendlyThe classes are all Good but I definitely Love Body Attack Class and the instructor is always full of Energy .Love her to pieces!!!!

I USED to love Kinetix but that has changed. Over the last couple of months, I have developed a sour taste in my mouth in regards to Kinetix. A membership account that I am associated with had a few areas needing to be taken care of that I, at least, viewed as simple fixes. It took me 2 months, more than 10 emails and a visit to the gym for a face-to-face to even get the membership account accurate as far as what people should be on it. During that time, it was determined and agreed upon by the managers that a credit/refund was owed due to members being on our account when they shouldn’t have been. It has taken now another 2 months, countless emails and being ignored by said “managers” to still not have full resolution of my issues. I will not recommend Kinetix to anyone especially if they value good customer service and want managers that do what they say they will.
