Cannot seem to get my refinance. Dealt with Carlos and he will not answer calls text or emails. States he will do my refinance but never answers. I could have gotten 2.5 interested rate if it wasn’t for his lack of customer care. I would not recommend wasting your time here. Do business with a more serious lender group.

This office is in the same building as my employer. I stopped by yesterday to see if I could ask some questions and left with a preapproval. When I walked in my first impression was that the office was very clean and the staff was very nice. The receptionist called one of the Loan Officers out to their conference room and he was able to answer all my questions so I felt comfortable giving him my information. In just a few minutes he came back out of his office and told me what I was preapproved for and had this certificate in hand. He also referred me to a Realtor whom I've made some appointments with for this weekend. I am looking forward to working with them on my purchase. Wish me luck ! :)

Carlos Figueira is a mortgage genius! This guy had every answer to every question I could possibly ask (& I asked a lot). Our first phone call was pleasant and he made me feel very comfortable. We decided to move forward with his company since they offered us the lowest rate (which we were a little skeptical about at first) but I'm so happy we did. Not only did we get the lowest rate but Carlos assigned us to one of his processors, Stephanie, who was so helpful. She called us every couple of days to follow up on missing documents so she could make sure we closed on time. She too, made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and was able to answer all of our questions. Everything was quick and easy with this company and I highly recommend them.

Keypoint Mortgage is absolutely amazing! Dylan and Carlos went above and beyond for me throughout the entire process. I priced out rates at more than 10 lenders and Keypoint offered the lowest rate by far along with exceptional service. Highly recommend them!

First time home owner here and couldn’t be more satisfied with what Keypoint and their team did to make my dream come true ! They were very attentive to what I wanted, got me the best rates possible and got me to closing within 30 days during the pandemic! They walked me through every step of the way for the process of buying my first home and I couldn’t be happier. Great company and great team. (Friendly advice: ask for Dylan, she’s the best !)
