  I was the second one to joint US Mortgage Lenders when Thomas opened his brokerage, and happy seeing his company growing over the years. Thomas is very helpful and supportive. Best decision I’ve ever made in my LO career.

  I first began originating loans in 1993. Since then I have worked with lenders of all kinds in both retail and wholesale and also a few builders.
  I've been ripped off and lied to by some brokers throughout the years which made me cautious when working with independent brokers, until now.
  When Thomas Martin of USML reached out to me his offer seemed too good to be true. A brokerage with over 100 quality lenders covering every aspect and niche you can think of and an excellent commission structure. This was the unicorn I had been searching for. It only took one closing to see that everything Thomas offered was true. Not only that but he is a genuinely nice guy who is responsive and engages with all of his loan officers. I can run any scenario by him at any time and he always seems to be at his computer or phone ready with an answer. Pay is important and Thomas made sure I received my compensation FAST. No excuses and delays like some other brokers.
  If you are looking to hang your license where you have access to quality lenders and great pay, this is the place you're looking for. Trust me when I tell you as I have been in this game for many many years. USML is legit!

  Julia went above and beyond to help me during the loan process. Julia was very attentive and kept me informed with what was going on which I appreciate because I was not left in the dark about anything. In the end I was able to purchase the home that I wanted! I am very thankful, I'm sure if it weren't for her I wouldn't be living there now. Thank you Julia.

  I have been with US Mortgage Lenders since 2016! Great company to work for! Compensation split is very appealing and the amount of resources provided are invaluable! Prompt compensation! Thomas has plenty of knowledge to assist you. I'll likely retire with US Mortgage Lenders!

  As a Loan Officer in the industry for quite some time, I can share that since coming on board with US Mortgage Lenders has been a breath of fresh air. Thomas is very hands should I need him and is very responsvie which helps also when needed. He's always willing to help and provide any advice to help your situation and that is much appreciated. He also gives me the flexibility to run my business the way I want and I like that. Coming to US Mortgage Lenders from my prior retail lender was a God sent blessing. I'm grateful for US Mortgage Lenders and Thomas and to be part of this team.
