I can't say enough great things about Kevin Shanman and his team at Cornerstone Capital. Kevin is helpful, knowledgeable, competitive, extremely responsive, and will make sure you close. He and his team helped me get a mortgage with an extremely low interest rate, and he helped me refinance my property later on. The greatest thing about Kevin: He delivers. He says he will do it, he does it, and he makes it happen.

Kevin is a mortgage broker. He works with many different lenders to see which loans you qualify for, and he finds which one is the best for you. He runs yours numbers (and he actually knows what he is doing when he runs your numbers), and he finds a way to make it work.

I can't recommend Kevin enough, he is worth his weight in gold and more. Thank you, Kevin!
