Never disappointed with the quality or service! Kesslers always goes above and beyond. For example, I took a fall and dented a prong on my ring. Kesslers took the time to fix it right AND, because I was sad to part with my ring after just being engaged, let me borrow a ring until mine was ready!

I was really disappointed in the lack of service I received. I went in on 11/26 and was greeted by Stacey. She took me to where the mens wedding bands were located and cleaned my engagement ring while I looked. I had asked her a few questions when she returned regarding what I was looking for in a ring. She gave me little to no detail. I was looking to combine white gold and a little rose gold and any time I asked "well how would you suggest I combine them on this ring?" She replied with "anyway you want." Every time. And gave me no further detail than pointing out which rings I can have both types of gold on. She assisted me for 5 minutes and told me she would email me photos of the rings I looked at and that I would receive the email the next day. It's been over a week and I just now received the email. And the email only had a picture of each of the three rings, I was hoping for more detail such as karat weight options and pricing as this was not brought up while I was in the store. Needless to say, I went somewhere else and purchased his wedding band already. When someone is spending hundreds to over a thousand dollars for a wedding band, I would think we would receive much better service than this. The best part was my free ring cleaning, and honestly it wasn't needed nor necessary.

Absolutely amazing! Misti was an awesome person to work with! From the moment I was there she was right there helping me out. I was looking for a wedding band to go with the engagement ring I had bought for my now wife. Unfortunately I didn’t buy the ring from here but I still needed a band. I wasnt Able to bring the ring in cause I was surprising my wife with the band so I had to go off memory and pictures to pick this band out. Thank god for Misti she picked out the band that was perfect for the ring! It literally looked like the band was ment for that ring. She did that all from pictures. Next time I am looking for jewelry for my wife I will definitely be shopping here and I recommend everyone else to go here as well. Ask for Misti! She’s amazing!

Kesslers designed a wedding band to complement my engagement ring 10 years ago. It’s just as beautiful today as it was 10 years ago! Whenever I go in to have my ring cleaned or my setting checked, everyone is so cheerful and helpful! I’m a customer for life!

Beautiful selection. Amazing staff. Unparalleled warranty. Seriously the best diamond store ever. My husband and I love our rings and I love that I can have them cleaned whenever.

I recently went into the Brookfield location to purchase an engagement ring. I was helped by Stacey and I told her which ring I was looking to purchase and she got it for me right away. She was very helpful in going over that ring, details about their coverage, and the initial sizing of it. Later I went back after the proposal and she had a gift basket for me and my fiance and resized the ring free of charge. It was exactly the experience I was hoping for and would recommend both Stacey and Kesslers to others.

My Fiance and I had a fantastic experience at Kesslers Diamonds! Stacey Harvestine was a GREAT sales agent who never pressured us, respected and worked with our budget, and was constantly available in the store and through email to answer any questions or concerns that came up along the process. They have a great staff, a welcoming environment, and they make a big lifetime moment a lot less stressful! Highly recommend that anyone at least takes the time to visit Kesslers in Brookfield if they are searching for their perfect ring!

Amazing service and expertise. Michelle was really great! She was a huge help to me in finding the perfect engagement ring for my Italy propsal.
I went to several different jewelers around the area including all the big name brands looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend , now fiancee. Heard of Kesslers on the radio and saw here they had great reviews so I gave them a shot. Their selection, prices, warranty, and service was the BEST by far. I bought our wedding rings 14 years ago. I didn't spend $10,000 but I was treated like I did when I stopped in the other day to get my ring resized. I was treated like a VIP. My ring will be done soon. I was stunned when I asked how much the resizing would cost. I can easily budget the ZERO DOLLARS I was quoted. Unreal. In a day where customer service is non existent Kesslers does the opposite. I will be getting my wife a gift soon and Kesslers is the spot. Highly recommended.

Kesslers is hands down the best, and most affordable jewelry dealer. Their no hassle warranty allows my wedding ring and necklaces to keep looking brand new for the life that I own them and if I ever decide to upgrade, a full refund credit of the original purchase is applied to my next piece!! Absolutely love the no pressure sales approach as well!!

Very honest and friendly! The setting holding my diamond was bent for the second time in 2 weeks. I figured I was going to have to replace it. After the jeweler looked at it, they said it was just fine and simply needed to be tightened properly. They could have simply said, "Yep, needs a new setting." and charged me a couple hundred dollars, but they didn't. I absolutely appreciate their honest evaluation of my ring and will be taking all my business to them from now on!

I had a great experience! I was shopping for a gift with my daughters. Everyone was really friendly! I was offered a beverage as well as my daughter. My daughter even got a sucker:) The sales associate who helped me was Mitzi and she was great! The manager came over when we were done to make sure we were happy with everything! I would definitely recommend this place and come back!
