I went in there today to purchase a necklace for my wife and every person that helped me was amazing. Everyone was super nice and helped me figure out just what to get. I also met Richard Kessler there and he is very genuine and down to earth. Everyone there made my experience easy and fun. Highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience here! I found the salesperson, Kelly, extremely helpful and not pushy at all. She took the time to understand what my fiancee was looking for in an engagement ring, and helped us find the perfect ring. She was never pushy. The quality of the jewelry also seems excellent. Kessler's has gained a customer for life because of my great first experience with them.

After visiting some of the other Jewelers in the area this was by far the very best experience. The sales process was focused on me and very personal. I did not feel pressured to buy something we wouldn't have valued. Upon our return visit the experience was just as good. The quality of the engagement ring was matched by the quality of the service.

Gina was absolutely fantastic. She made the whole process so easy from start to finish. When I arrived at the store I was completely clueless and Gina took the time to walk through me everything from start to finish. I am so happy with the end result as well as the entire staff as they treated me very well. Thank you so much again in making this experience a lot easier than I could have ever hoped for.

I was very pleased with the knowledge of our associate Sue. Very thorough in explaining the cuts and clarity of diamonds. There was no pressure whatsoever to make a decision. I would definitely go back!
I was at Kesslers again on 10/03 to purchase a ring and met with Kelly. The staff there are amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the jewelry. There was no pressure whatsoever and Kelly was so patient with me. I highly recommend shopping at this location!response / report this review -

Kelly was fantastic and fun to work with. She let my fiancee take her time to pick out the perfect necklace. There was no pressure to buy one over the other, just honest feedback. Her friendly customer service and genuine help was beyond appreciated. We would recommend Kelly to anyone and everyone.

We couldn't be more happy with our service at Kesslers! We stop in there every time we are home for a cleaning and all the staff are always so polite and professional. This trip we decided to check on an additional wedding band but they don't carry the style in store any longer. But we were matched up with Kelly and she went above and beyond to find the vendor that had the same band. She called several places and finally hit the jackpot! Kelly was very helpful, personable, knowledgeable and courteous! Thanks Kelly we are looking forward to future business with you.

Oh my God do they truly stand behind their promise. I now live in Florida. Came to Wisconsin for a visit and lost my engagement stone. Not one question asked. Not one single problem. And not only was that easy as my ABC's but I was able to get it back before the promise date and my return home. They matched it perfectly to my original stone.i cried. If you want to ensure you'll have a diamond forever then go with Kessler's!

I know my fiancé had a wonderful experience purchasing my engagement ring from here. Because of this, we went back to the same location to pick out my wedding band. We just went yesterday and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Kelly was amazing at her job and made the whole experience go smoothly. She helped me find a band that looked beautiful with my engagement ring but also respected our budget. She didn't push us into purchasing anything we didn't want or couldn't afford. I would 100% recommend getting your ring from here and would also recommend working with Kelly! Thank you Kesslers for the fabulous experience!

Love them, was starting to do ring shopping and with the options they had on display and knowledge you can't find a better place. It is a store that you don't feel like they are all about how much money they can get from you.
Most importantly we found Liz who is the greatest person ever. Very helpful, always responded to my email questions and was very helpful at the store. Outside of the great selection, Liz is THE reason we got both our wedding rings there.response / report this review -

Liz was an extremely helpful and caring person. We came towards the closing time and it didn't matter to her, she only cared about what mattered to us. We found an awesome ring and picked it up tonight. Love it, love it can't say enough for the service and caring Liz gave our needs and her time. All is greatly appreciated and we do plan in going back for more jewelry in the future. Kudos to Liz and the entire Kessler crew.

In my entire 63 years of life I have never had an experience like the one I had at Kesslers. My husband and I live on a fixed income of modest means. Our intention was to replace my wedding band as I lost the other one recently. We expected to be ignored for the most part and left to look around on our own. Instead we were greeted with genuine smiles and warm welcomes. We were seated and asked if we would like any refreshments while we waited. We were never pressured or made to feel unworthy. Instead they made these nobodies feel like somebodies. We have never been treated with such dignity and respect. We loved our experience with this store and everyone in it. I would recommend this store to everyone! You will not only end up with a beautiful piece of jewelry but you'll feel special for many days to come.

My fiancee and I had a great experience at Kesslers Diamonds!! Teri Hayes was great!! She made us feel very comfortable and helped us pick out the perfect wedding bands for us!! I ended up ordering another ring and she made sure to put in a rush order so that I can get it in time for our wedding.The whole staff is very friendly at Kesslers and they have a great selection. We will definitely be returning!!

My experience at Kesslers this evening was an excellent one! My sister and I went their to upgrade our solitaire stud earrings. Liz was our salesperson and she was absolutely the best!!! She was bright,cheery,funny and I felt like the three of us connected from minute one! She also was a great hostess offering us beverages twice while we were there.We were even able to by a single earring for my cartilage earring instead of a pairthank you! Our experience made us feel like we got great prices on jewelry from a company we can trust!!! Thank you Liz and thank you Kesslers!!! We'll be back!!!
