Ticket that the ring was worn. Why then
When I first picked up the ring they could have told me the diamond might be loose? They quoted me more then
The ring is worth to repair it. I was heart
Broken since I waited my whole life to
Wear this ring upon her passing. And
They couldn't even give me a break.
Will be going someplace else to get the work done

I'm always happy with The Jewelry Center's service from simple watch batteries to ring size adjustments to lengthening a bracelet. Prices are very reasonable. I have also purchased a couple beautiful jewelry items. The store has such lovely pieces. And the staff is always so nice to work with.

The Jewelry Center is *AWESOME*! I needed my wedding set and an anniversary ring sized. I was very nervous leaving my items behind. I was assured they would be safe and would be ready for pick up in 4 days. To my surprise i received a text within 2 days saying my repair was completed. I picked up my rings and they were BEAUTIFUL!!!! They looked brand spanking new! Thank you Dean! A1 service!

Every time I have visited the store the staff was friendly and helpful. I have had 2 pieces of jewelry repaired and they are beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend The Jewelry Center to anyone. Watch batteries replaced at a low cost and no high pressure. Recently remodeled and great displays, including estate sale jewelry. Check them out and you will be very pleased.

Love The Jewelry Center! The selection is the best, if you don't see something you like just ask them to design something for you. Their jewelry repairs are very fast and excellent craftsmanship. The staff go above and beyond to help you. I can't say enough good things about the Jewelry Center. The best jewelry store in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area.

i have nothing but praise for this place, but ask to work with John. He is a great salesperson with much knowledge. avoid working with the older lady with short spiked hair and glasses. she is rude and made me extremely uncomfortable the few times i have had to deal with her. she acts like her customers do not matter to her.

Had my wife's engagement ring re-styled for our 30th Anniversary. The owner, Dean Murray, was so helpful and understood the emotion involved with this transition. My wife is SO happy and receives at least 5-10 mentions per week on her new ringit is that spectacular!
