Went for the Xmas lights. Just opened for the season. Only $5 per person. That includes smores and cookies with hot cocoa in the one green house. Staff is super nice and so informative. Wish they had more lights on the lawn. Still nicely done. Very clean.

We love going here for the Great Pumpkin Glow. A few days before the event you can go to carve pumpkins for free. Then you come back for the event to find your pumpkins and see all of the great designs. They also have carriage rides, games and food. I think that it would be cool if they would do a slightly more formal food option rather than fair food. All in all a great event and a great location.

A gorgeous place hidden in Mansfield Ohio. There is a $5.00 fee per car, more for Rv or larger vehicle. You can spend hours exploring the grounds and all the gorgeous flowers. The peacocks walk freely around you. You can feed the ducks by the pond. Love it here!

It is beautiful, well taken care of and very low cost for parking. The whole family can enjoy it. You can even purchase some of the plants very reasonablely priced. With membership you have access to there botanical library. I have been to places that cost alot and had nothing to really show for it. Kingwood Center has alot to offer and so much more I couldn't share it here. You have to see it for your self.

A gorgeous place to have professional (or just casual) photos taken. Although the gardens and plant species are extensive, the peacocks are what I love most about this place. One of their best decisions was to allow weddings and receptions take place on the grounds.

Kingwood center has always been a family favorite of our and we are now creating memories with our little ones and passing on the tradition. Be sure to buy a membership pass and enjoy Kingwood year round!!

For whoever thinks that $5 isn't worth it just get the membership and come more. I think Kingwood center is worth every penny considering all the work that goes into it.

You can feed the ducks, go for a walk in the woods, look around the old mansion, or explore the gardens and greenhouse. We love visiting. Make sure you check out the greenhouse.

This is a beautiful place to reflect and shed all of the stresses of every day life. Peacocks roam the grounds and you'll feel at peace in the lush gardens surrounding the mansion. Definitely worth visiting.

If you've never been to Mansfield then you probably don't know what a gem this is. The gardens, fountains, and landscaping make it quite an oasis. I use the term oasis because you're only a couple miles west of downtown Mansfield and you might forget that until you you're near the property fence and get reminded, "Oh yeah, I forgot. We're right off Park Ave. West." If you get to see the mansion you won't be surprised that it's frequently not available to tour on Saturdays because there's usually a wedding going on. There are events going on all the time. Come back in the fall (October 15 & 16, 2016) for the Great Pumpkin Glow. There's at least 500 Jack O' Lanterns to see starting at dusk. I went to it for the first time last year (2015) because it was the first I knew about it. I was blown away; it was so much bigger than I expected. In December, the grounds are open for Christmas at Kingwood (11/26/16 - 12/30/16). The mansion is open and the rooms in it are decorated, each with a theme to it.
