  Got here on a Sunday morning, arrived at 9am to get an oil change. I was second in line. No appointment, but they said they could fit me on. Its now 12:05pm and Im still sitting here waiting to get my car. 3 hours to get an oil change. I think not. I won't be back. They are way too slow. My time in valuable too. Wasted morning sitting at Ken Towery.

  I”ve lived in Louisville my entire life and have used at least a dozen different service and repair shops over 30 years. Once I found this store a couple of years ago I refuse to go anywhere else. They are always prompt and do everything possible to find me coupons and specials to bring my bill down. I’ve even brought in coupons only to be quoted a cheaper price with a better deal going on. And most importantly, unlike everywhere else, I never have to bring back for a problem from work they’ve done.

  I called ahead to see if they could change my oil by 3pm, they said they could. I dropped it off and it sat there nearly 5 hours without being serviced. I called at 2:30 to check the status and they said they might be able to get to it by 4pm. I go back to pick it up and they said it was next. I did not give them my service. Men standing around doing nothing. I recommend going to someplace else that is a drive through oil change place.

  I have used this place three times because it is very close to my house. The time and quality of work is o.k. The price is about 90-95% of dealer's price. The brake system replacement is a lot expensive than brakeawsy. They charged $400 for front brake pad, rotor, brake fluid. Brake away quoted for front and rear together $220.

  Winston could not have been nicer to work with on the busy day after Christmas 2016 (Monday). I needed a heavy duty battery for my old Mercedes (78 450SL) and the they were able to find and install in hours. Thank you!

  Booked an appointment online on a Thursday for a Saturday appointment to have two tires installed. Received a call Friday saying the tires may not be available at 9 am Saturday and to call prior to arriving. Did so and tires had not arrived. Told to call back Sunday morning. Did so. Told they couldn't find the tires, but would call me back in 15 minutes.
  No call back and it's Monday lunch time. Wasted a weekend. Going to Big O.

  This place has done work on my 01 lightning & my 94 taurus sho. They have always been polite & professional. I had a noise coming from the front right on my sho & these guys found a loose strut mount bolt. They were completely honest with & didnt charge me to tighten the bolt. I was extremely impressed!

  The best place to get your maintenance and repairs done. This staff goes above and beyond. My family has been so incredibly blessed by Robert and the other staff men. They took such good car of us and made sure my 34 week pregnant self didn't stress out over cost of repairs. They explain everything to you and explain all of your options. I've gone here for about a year for regular maintenance and I've never heard them get rude or indignant with anyone. As a woman I think that's important to note since most places will try to rip you off if you're female.
  
  I cannot say enough great things about this location!
