Dr Eiland and his staff are always courteous and take great care of our pets. He always gives is options and never makes is feel like we have to take the not expensive option. We expect a very high level of care for our animals and Southside pet clinic always delivers.

Was seen on July 9th and was told that my dog needed an urgent surgery. Was told that I would get a call during the next week with an estimate for surgery. Have called multiple times to get the estimate, and they just keep telling me to call back at a later time to get it, that the doctor wasn't there right now. They also can't give me an answer on why I was told that an estimate would be ready for me the following week and then it wasn't. Will call back this Friday as instructed, and if they still can't give me an estimate, I guess I will have to find another clinic that won't lie to me and put my dog's health at risk.

We found Southside Pet Clinic through a Google search, looking for a veterinary chiropractor. We found Dr. Symms this way.

We drive 125 miles, one way, for our cat's treatments. We found Dr. Symms to be a caring vet and wonderful human being. Prior to our first visit he took almost 15 minutes, over the phone, explaining what he would need to do for Zoey, our cat. Since we could only make the drive on one of his surgery mornings he said he would work Zoey in between surgeries so we would not have to wait long.

We have made two trips now, for treatments, and have seen a marked improvement with Zoey. We highly recommend Southside Pet Clinic and Dr. Symms. For an added bonus, their fees are very reasonable!
