I called to make a first time appointment for my cat who had a sore on her side. Tim asked me if she had ever seen another vet before. I told him only as a kitten from the shelter to get fixed. He quickly told me to carry her to the vet she had seen in the past. I reminded him again that she was only seen there as a kitten on voucher from shelter to be fixed. They still refused to see her. You lost a customer there, since I was in the market for a vet closer to home. Terrible customer service and lack of care for my injured furbaby. Only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.

Called as a first time client to request a normal procedure and was met with mostly sarcasm and a condescending attitude. Not the greatest customer service.
