Not happy with my payment experience, felt humiliated, I have been taking my dog to this clinic for years and never had an issue with paying by check until today when I made a payment thru my checking account, this lady had the adasity to question whether my check should be done the regular way or should she call telcheck to make sure that there funds on the account. I will think twice in taking my pet there again. This is not how you treat a legitimate paying customer. Will make people aware specially if you are a minority.

I had to bring in my pet squirrel today to see Jessica Khodadad, D.V.M. for what seemed to be a possible sinus infection.. From the initial phone call setting up the appointment, all the way through the exam, everyone in the office that I dealt with was extremely pleasant.. I would absolutely use their services again and also recommend them to my friends and family.

My dog Toby has been under the care of of Kelly's animal hospital for a couple of years now and the service and care has been phenomenal. recently Toby had surgery on his back, Dr. Kelly did an amazing job and the recommended laser treatments had unbelievable results. I am very impressed with the level of care and knowledge that the staff has provided us. I just wish I had taken before and after photos to show the incredible results. Thank you Kelly's Animal hospital for all you have done for Toby.

I would not recommend at all. My rat went in to get looked at for an ear infection and she potentially has a brain mass. I was given medications that haven't helped at all. And they were medications perscribed for a COLD!!! Now I'm going to have to put my rat down because the doctor didn't give me the right medications. And on top of everything else. While I was waiting for a lady to give me my papers to fill out (being my first visit there) I waited around 30 minutes alone because she was chatting with another lady and I even came 20 minutes early to fill out the paperwork as I was told. The Doctor was not very informative after I repeatedly asked questions about the medication. Everyone was just all around rude. Do not go here.

I cannot say enough good things about Kelly's Animal Hospital. Dr. Kelly and his staff have been so good to us and our little yorkie. He is a 10 year old yorkie who has multiple heath problems. He has been behind our decisions 100% and has never made us feel left in the dark. He suggested we start using holistic medicine to help with a tumor that he has somewhere. We hope it will prolong him continuing to be as healthy as he can be and give him a little more time with us. I have so much respect for what he does on a daily basis and I won't ever take any of my animals to anyone else. Thank You Dr. Kelly.

Kelly's Animal Hospital is the Gold Standard! Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have taken excellent care of my dogs and have ALWAYS been there when we needed them. They have continually surpassed my expectations. I especially appreciate how our appointments are never rushed. Both doctors take their time and thoroughly examine my dogs with love and care. The front office staff is amazing. They are so kind and helpful.

We love Dr. Kelly and his staff! We have been taking our pets here for the 3 1/2 years that we have lived in Florida. He has a range of animal "family members" himself, and he and his staff always treats our fur-babies like family too. The ladies at the desk are very sweet, and so are the vet-techs. Dr. Kelly has a big heart and he is very knowledgeable. Dr. Kelly is the first vet that we have had that truly cares!

I have taken my pets to Dr. Kelly's since 1997. I have in all those years, never been unhappy or dissatisfied. Dr Kelly himself cares so much for all the animals under his care. He treats my pets and myself like we are his family. Quite a few years ago I had to put a dearly beloved dog to sleep due to a terminal condition. Dr. Kelly stayed with me and cried along with me. We both said our goodbye to Brandy . I can tell by my dog's behavior that he is not afraid of the Dr or the staff. I highly recommend his animal hospital and him. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Kelly is an extraordinarily talented and caring Veterinarian that we have trusted with the care of our fur family members for over 20 years. I would highly recommend he and his staff for any of your pet care needs. I took my Siberian Husky here about a year and a half ago and I should've left a review A while back. I just got to say this place has the "Pitiful" staff I have ever met in my entire life, the doctor "herself" did not take her time or patience to even look at my dog, probably because it was lunch time, but regardless my Dog was severely sick, and was an emotional wreck to see my Dog dying in front of me. My dog couldn't even walk on her own, I had to carry her inside the hospital, when I got inside I have to sign papers which was not a problem. I had to wait an hour to see a doctor and they weren't even that busy to begin with I was just sitting there hugging & trying to talk to her telling her if she's going to be OK, she looked pale as the white cloud, the Doctor they gave her something that absolutely did not help whatsoever, and I had to help her get through the night, They didn't treat her illness, obviously this Woman needs her medical license revoked, go back to med school to learn her medicine right. I had to wait the next morning to get my dog to my General Hospital "Holy Family Vet" I usually take her and she's been going there since she was a pup, but I called & they was closed. My dog has been my therapy since I got done with 2 tours in 2010, and she's been the best therapy I have ever had in my entire life. I got her when she was only seven weeks old, she have eaten something outside my backyard, which brought me to Kelly's Animal Hospital. I'm giving this a one star review because these people feed on nothing but your emotions. When I did took my dog to her usual hospital the next day, the doctor was an older gentleman, he knew what he was doing, he actually got down on his knees and checked my dog head from toe and found something was going on in her stomach he gave her some sort of injection and within a half an hour later my dogs color was coming back to normal and her appetite was slowing progressing. If you love and cherish your pet, I highly recommend you "stay clear" from this place they are highly unprofessional and uneducated. Which is why they deserve a 1 Star. Good day!
