There are not enough words to describe how timeless and immaculate Kelly’s work is! Not to mention, her hospitable atmosphere and approach towards her clients ensures such a wonderful experience during your sessions. Kelly made me feel very comfortable and beautiful with my body during our maternity session and even more so during our newborn photos while postpartum! She is extremely kind, patient, and most importantly she delivers gorgeous quality photos!!

We were referred to Kelly by another photographer friend who suggested Kelly is the premier newborn photographer of the STL region, and that suggestion was completely on-point! There were three major areas we found Kelly to stand out for our needs.
(1) Kelly was incredibly accommodating to our schedule. I reached out to her shortly before delivery. Due to my own medical complications, I was unable to circle back with her until just 2-3 days before our scheduled shoot to confirm everything. She was able to fit us into her schedule despite the late outreach on my part. I wouldn't have expected that Kelly (much less anyone else I reached out to after delivery) would be able to fit us in, but we're still so incredibly grateful she was so understanding of all the hiccups along our way.
(2) Kelly did not try to upsell us and was not pushy about selling additional products or services. I acknowledge that she is a small business owner and each piece of every package likely makes a major impact, but I'm personally more likely to stay with a vendor when I see how much they care about their work and clients. Case in point-- I had mentioned ahead of time that my husband and I were not interested in being in any pictures since we felt like this shoot was to really just capture our newborn. We also mentioned in our pre-shoot survey that we probably only wanted digital images for now for the purpose of sending birth announcements and printing a few at home for ourselves. After seeing the love and care she put in every pose she put our daughter in that afternoon, we stepped into the shoot for the last 30 min or so. When I tell you how much I hate images of my husband and me looking straight into the camera, oh boy. And what happened? WE FELL IN LOVE with ALL OUR FAMILY PICTURES. We had no intention of standing in for even one photo, but we ended up purchasing a framed image, 17 other matted prints, and a few other nooks and crannies to complete our collection. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! This is the best kind of surprise to experience post-shoot!
(3) Kelly has a world of patience and empathy!!! Following our virtual reveal session, we indicated that we would have our images selected about 2-3 days later. 2-3 WEEKS later, it was still at the top of my to-do list without having made too many more picks. She graciously nudged me a few more times, knowing that I had set a goal to get it done for myself. Not just that, but she jumped back on another call with me when I was having trouble selecting a frame and ironing out the details of my collection box. When her vendor wasn't able to provide what we were looking for, she had some fantastic comparable suggestions to take their places. At no point did I feel rushed or like Kelly was frustrated with the length of time it was taking us to get back to her. She repeatedly reminded us to give ourselves some grace for being first-time parents. I appreciated all the additional time she gave us beyond the shoot and reveal. It was unlike anything I would have expected.

We had a great experience with Kelly for our newborn twin photography session. Everything was straightforward and there were also precautions in place that made us feel safe during Covid. The photos are beautiful! I highly recommend hiring Kelly for your family photography needs - the precious moments she will capture will last forever!

Kelly and her assistant were so kind and easy to work with! I am not always comfortable doing photo shoots, but they made it a breeze and so much fun! I absolutely loved how the photos turned out. I told Kelly what I had in mind and she exceeded my expectations with the final results! I will cherish these photos forever.
