From the initial phone contact from Don Flint through Tyler Payne getting me into my new truck and Steve getting us out the door, this was by far the nicest experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I was almost a hour from home when my tire blew on 85 S. My car and I were towed to Keith Hawthorne Ford. I was hot tired and frustrated but I was greeted by the sweetest service member named Xavier.
He took care of everything while I sat in a clean , cool waiting room. They even had free cold drinks and snacks. Which I was so grateful for after spending time on the side of 85 S in my car.
They crew worked quickly and I was soon on the road.
Thank you Xavier and the lovely lady who checked me out.
You guys rock!

Greatest experience in buying our new truck. Chase was phenomenal and always felt like he cared and wasn't just selling. Bobby was also extremely helpful in assisting during the process. These folks got us in and out, zero hassle. I got to give Steve some love too, he was great to work with. Go see Chase if you want a Ford, best place to go for a new or used vehicle. Thanks a lot fellas. A+ service all around. Phenomenal experience.

I got my Ford Escape serviced and the whole staff was very friendly and efficient. They even fixed a couple issues I had from going somewhere else (not a dealership). Excellent service and not a huge waiting period for me to get my car back. Will definitely be using them in the future for all my service needs!

We have purchased vehicles from KHF. The service you receive at time of purchase, top notch. The service you receive once you pull off the lot, bottom of the barrel. We have a F450. We had to make them take the tires and rims back off the truck after a tire rotation. They had the interior rims showing. The AC recently went out in the truck. Good luck getting an appointment to get that fixed. They gave us a date 2 weeks out because they don't have a properly staffed service department. Called twice and left a message for the finance manager to contact me regarding our warranty contract nothing. Not one returned call. Walk on the lot to purchase and they are all over you. Will NEVER purchase another truck here. There are other dealers.
