  I hired Keen Eye for my home inspection after finding him on the NACA inspector list. I was excited to work with and employ a black-owned business. Not only was he reasonably priced, but he was flexible, communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. He is personable and will explain to you in detail if there are any issues with your home. Aziz tries to work with you especially in my case where I needed to have more than two home inspections to close and multiple adjustments to the report. He was often a phone call or text away and usually responded immediately or within 24 hours. I appreciated working with him and would recommend him to other home buyers.

  Aziz did a great job with our home inspection. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and beyond professional. He provided a robust report, in addition to a “new home owners guide”. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Great service.

  Keen Eye Home Inspection did a great job explaining his observations and providing recommendations. The report was detailed and easy to read. The report was done on time. Very professional and would definitely recommend to every first home buyer who doesn’t understand anything about the home inspection process.

  Aziz arrived earlier than our scheduled inspection time and began inspecting the exterior of the home. It was a pleasant surprise and helped moved the process along rather quickly. He’s professional… and an expert in his field. Very responsive and provided a full detailed report within 48 hours. Highly recommended!
