I've been around for many sales and purchases throughout the years, and I've never seen someone quite go the extra mile as often as she does. I believe this to be the reason she has so many repeat clients. The difference between her and other agents is her super high level of care for each individual situation. It's pretty amazing.   We had recently moved from San Diego to Rancho Santa Margarita, just down the street from Kathy. We hit it off and became friends. We were just renting and we decided to sell our home in San Diego that we were also renting out, we thought we would just hold the money for a year or two as we loved our new neighborhood. I noticed 3 of my neighbors were selling their homes with Kathy and she encouraged me to just take a peek out there to see what was in our price range. Suddenly, our dream home popped onto the radar and it already had 5 other offers on it. Kathy mentioned that one of our neighbors she'd been working with had gotten chosen for their dream home with 5 other offers also, strictly because of Kathy's well respected reputation in the local community. I put an offer in thinking that must have been a fluke, and not too attached to the outcome. Well, it was no fluke!
  Kathy with her knowledge, her expertise and her skills got us accepted! We were now in escrow and I hadn't even qualified, remember I thought I was just looking! Kathy quickly introduced me to her team and they got me the loan we needed, the escrow documents in place and every detail buttoned up in just a couple of weeks, with 10 days to spare. She even negotiated some of the patio and dining room furniture we had our eye on.
  Thank you, Kathy, from the bottom of my heart. My family is in our dream home. We will be celebrating birthdays, Christmases and summer fun for years to come here. You encouraged me to look, you helped me decide and you for sure got the offer accepted. You made the process so simple with everything online, yet with that heartfelt friendly personal touch as you were also just a phone call (and a few houses!) away. When can you come over for our housewarming party?

  What a great experience we had in the sale of our property, we had a small window to sell and Kathy came through for us. Kathy and Tony are an awesome team! We would highly recommend them to family and friends!

  Kathy is such a great Realtor! She is very professional and knowledgeable. We have bought and sold a few homes with her. I highly recommend her! She knows the market very well. She is definitely an asset to have on your side!

  Kathy help us in so many different ways, from picking houses that had potentials for our family, to the right Lender and interest rate knowledge , also all the contacts regarding a house from termites company,contractors, plumbing to a handyman, she has everything!!So when she so the house for us she didn't second guess that it was time to make an offer! She act quick ,productive all the way ,communication 24/7 ,we will recommend her to anyone that looks for buy or sell Kathy will DELIVER she sold our house and close our new home in record speed ,she knows what she is doing she will guide you and most important Kathy is watching your best interests.
