Food is great, price is great, service is only good after you sit, before that you are invisible. There is no line, but a lot of people waiting, it's a mess Either you come here with patience or don't even try

To be honest I was excited to come here after all of the great reviews but when we got there had to wait a long time and the sushi was really basic. Not a very wide selection and the place is really small and cramped. I'll just stick to sushi sake and blue ginger

Delicious food. You're good wait a little bit unless you're there when they open or get lucky. I waited for about 10 minutes before being seated. Authentic Japanese setting. Loved it. There's also a great smoke shop next door.

Great place good prices. I don't know the names of all sushi, so this gives me a chance to just pick what I like, and sometimes try different kinds as they roll down on a plate in a lil boat ,and the colors &design of the plates distinguish the prices.the average waiting time is normally 30-45min. But truly worth it. ( when I go by myself, the waiting time is much ,much quicker)

This is definitely the best sushi place in North Beach. The only problem is the very long wait. Tonight my friend and I waited well over an hour. It is very crowded and standing room only. It really doesn't matter what time you go, there is always a wait. However the sushi is excellent and so are the prices.

The ambiance suuuuucks. They put ZERO effort into making it look nice. Makes you want to go in for the sushi and get out, which is ideal since its such asmall dinning area. There's usually a line to get seated but the staff does well in moving on down the line.

The sushi is amazing for its price. Typical conveyor belt sushi system, but they use boats on a tiny river instead. 😃

This place blew my expectations out of the water! My husband and I tried it after hearing great things! Yes, the restaurant is very busy, and not very big! But, the service, the food, and the beer were all perfect! The plates are color coated letting you know the price. No plate is over $3.50! The beer was authentic Japanese beer and was fantastic! This will absolutely be a common stop for us!

One of the best places that you can eat high quality Sushi in Miami. Value for money - absolutely the best one! I would recommend all the dishes there just depends on your personal preference. My favorite desert is banana tempura.

This place is across from my home, and the food is average to (some dishes above average) quality. I love the carousel. Unfortunately, I've stopped coming because the manager/owner is so aggressively unpleasant.

Yes it's good. Yes it's cheap. Yes it's almost authentic. Biggest issue is the wait. Second biggest issue is the use of onions instead of daikon. It really kills the taste of sashimi.

A bit dusty. The sushi is just decent, but also CHEAP. The boats are a cool novelty.

I used to have a 5 🌟 review until tonight.
There were roaches Right above the sushi boats Honestly we used to love this place, so much that we put up with a 45 minutes drive, 20 minutes to park and another45 minutes waiting for a place.

The owners have no concern on the health of their staff nor their customers.

Tonight my wife and I witnessed an injured waiter and roaches. We sat at the end of the bar on the right hand side, and right in front of us on the other side of the boat canal there was a ceramic column that holds up the bar. Right under said bar, there were some holes in the ceramic out of which there were various small roaches coming out. When we mentioned it to one of the staff members, he reached out with his hand and crushed them into the hole.

He must have crushed 2, yet there were at least 2 that came out + more in the hole.

The staff member then continued to clean the bar to our left.

That and the food being pretty much tasteless and the rice hard pretty much guarantees I won't be back.

Best sushi spot in miami. The line starts early sometimes. And the ones who are patient always get to enjoy it. Been coming here for years and the line gets bigger and people tend to complain about the things. Go ahead and kindly move on, there are others who want those chairs. You're doing the locals who enjoy this place a solid.
