I love this place! I eat here multiple times a day and multiple days a week. The food is great. The service is awesome. Marcos is very accommodating. The atmosphere is an old school neighborhood spot where the customer is appreciated and valued

Great food everytime. Have not had the same experience in other delis. My favorite foods were home made chicken soup and rice pudding. My wife raved about the veggie burger.

Ordered two early bird dinner specials last night for me and my husband, the food was excellent! I had two the chicken specials that were served with pasta, bread, salad and rice pudding. We still have left overseas and it was only $20 for both meals, best bargain in town!
On my way to work, can't wait to stop there for an egg and cheese sandwich. Good deli!

Worst experience ever
Ordered 7 sandwiches for delivery on Tuesday - 8/9/16 at 12:30pm. The order finally delivered at 2:10pm. Out of the 7 sandwiches ordered, only 5 of them arrived on the order. Called the deli to complain and asked for the owner. A gentlemen who barely spoke English said the owner was not there and he wouldn't be back until Friday. He then proceeded to tell me he was in charge. Tried to explain the situation to the him but as expected, it went no where. If you want to wait over an hour and a half for a lunch order which will be missing sandwiches from a place where the owner takes 3 days off during the middle of the week, Marco's in Metuchen is the place to call.

Marco's is amazing - the staff always make great sandwiches (breakfast, lunch, or dinner)! I used to live around the corner and miss it very much.my wife and I went here several times per week. It's too far to visit (now) from Atlanta, but we always drop by for a sub when we're back visiting Metuchen.
Calling ahead to place your order helps out if you're in a rush.
