We just purchased carpet here and were very pleased with the whole process. Courtney was very helpful to us in choosing the right carpet and arranging the installation. The carpet layers did an excellent job. We recommend Abbey Carpet highly.

I worked with Kelly at Sobaski Abbey Flooring for 2 projects of carpeting for stairs and flooring for kitchen and bath. Materials and installation, expertise and caring in planning were superior. I highly recommend Sobaski Abbey!

Every staff member was easy to work with. They all listened to my ideas and wants and gave suggestions based on my wants. Picking tile and grout was easy because of the knowledgeable, kind staff. Our estimate was fair and spot on for final payment (actually we ended up paying a little less). They did the installation when we were on vacation! We came home to a gorgeous floor. I will definitely work with Sobaski again!

We recently had a bathroom retired, which because of other renovation projects in process we really needed done on short notice (and we quickly learned that the summer months are the busiest months for tilers). Nonetheless, Sobaski came through for us, getting delivery of our selected tile quickly and their installer did a beautiful, efficient job, even though forced to both cut and lay by himself as his partner was tied up on another job! It is very unfortunate that we did not have a positive experience with Sobaski Abbey. We were scheduled to have our carpet replaced the same day we closed on our new home and I chose this company solely based on their promise to accommodate our tight schedule - when it came to that day, I received a call that they could not be there due to a "commercial job" that apparently took precedence over my minor 3 bedrooms and stairs!! After expressing my dissatisfaction, they sent one guy over to just tear the carpet out that day to appease me. He did not have gloves, of course had to drag the nasty carpet across the other floors and cut himself at some point and got blood on our door. Then when the crew showed up to do the rest of the tear out and the install, they were clearly overbooked by Sobeski and could not get the job done in the time-frame promised - therefore, we were tripping over each other when trying to move in while they were installing the new floors. The icing on the cake was when they left, I found two spots of fresh blood on my nice new floor - lovely! I do have to say that the floors look great and the crew did what they could to work around us and I fault Sobaski for their overbooking the crew and believe the crew was hurried and haste may have led to someone cutting themselves - again!! gross nonetheless! I highly suggest they start requiring their crews to wear gloves!

I love my new carpet, thanks to this store! Joe was super helpful when I was choosing what to purchase and the installers were quick and professional. I will be making all my flooring purchase from them for now on. I highly recommend them.

Sobaski's has done multiple projects for us over the years including carpeting, luxury vinyl planks, and window treatments. They are quick, reliable, and have great selection. In fact, they have come to give us a quote and installed the products before other companies even get back to us with their bids! Kelly was especially helpful with our last two projects.

Sobaski's was great! Kelly was so much help with picking out tiles and colors. She was available for questions, coming to the home for measuring, and helping me pick paint colors to match. Top notch business!!

Sobaski Abbey Carpet and Floor has a wide selection of products and knowledgable staff. They came to my house to make sure what I selected would work in the space and made a recommendation that looks incredible. The installer did a great job. And they told me when they would be having sales to help save some money. It was a great experience and my basement floor looks wonderful.
