  Awesome location to get a feel for what the Kankakee wetlands looked like before man jacked it all up. Beaver muskrat and deer in the area occasionally bald eagle

  I have been taking my kid here for years. There are always fish biting and nature all about. Sometimes he like to go and see if he can catch a frog. I think this is the best place to catch fireflies at dusk.
