Kankakee Library offers many different programs, opportunities and resources and space. Our community is very lucky to have such a great library filled with a knowledgeable and friendly team of people.

Go there when need to and I love the staff just great to me plus I look to recruit at the library as well if possible afterwards!! Lol!

This is a beautiful library with a wonderful staff. They were friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in the door. From floor to floor, friendliness and first class customer service. So much to see in one dayStart early by having a cup of coffee in the coffee bar or drop in with your laptop, grab a table and take advantage of the free WiFi.
Take advantage of one of their programs or hang out with your kids and let them read books on the very colorful 2nd floor. Outstanding views through the windows of the library elevators show off colorful artwork and what is taking place in rooms on every level. Nice views of the downtown area and skies if you like gazing out the window.response / report this review -
