Went in just for the copier and fax machine. Staff wonderfully helpful. Still mostly unavailable to public for social purpose but business can be handled. I miss spending time there.

Everything about this library is amazing. I volunteer and I absolutely enjoy my time. They renovated last year and it was a huge upgrade. Been going here for 8 years and the staff is amazing. One time I was volunteering during the summer and a mother lost her daughter and an employee runs to help and go outside, look upstairs, they even announced it to the entire library so everyone would be in the lookout. I even started to cry when the daughter was found.

Been here 5 minutes and have been barked at 3 times by 3 different librarians for practically nothing. If you don’t like kids then don’t work in the kids section of the library.

Thank you for hosing the Wheeling Prospect Heights Chamber Lunch and Learn today. I love the new facility! As a speaker and presenter, I see a lot of facilities and yours is A+++ spectacular. The A/V requirement was easy to use and top notch. Also the classroom style meeting room was set up for maximum effectiveness. I really appreciate it and look forward to presenting more in the near future! Cheers!!!

Indian Trails Library is barely a library. They spend such an extreme portion of their time, resources, and interests in renovations and gimmicky community activities that they forget about the quintessential feature that every library ought to have: Books! The selection is awful, although I might use their (mediocre) study rooms and facilities from time to time, I have been forced to use the mount prospect library for all of my reading purposes. In the end, the best part about this library is its proximity to other libraries with which you may instead utilize.

Love the new setup, it was worth the wait! Now you can sit any where and not worry about your cel, tablet or laptop running low on battery. Just hoping that someday they'll considered having all those awesome programs and activities on weekends and evenings, most people work during the day and miss out all the amazing programs offer by Indian Trails

Amazing library me and my kids love our library. They have awesome programs for all ages. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We visit all the libraries over the renovation period and realize that Indian trails is the best.

It's a lousy library, a decent community center, and a pretty cool kids place. It has a new building that took way too long to construct, and it has a really sparse nonfiction book selection, which is also poorly labeled. Strangely enough, it has a really big romance novel section, however. The best thing you can do with your Indian Trails Public Library card is register it with the Mount Prospect Public Library.

Awesomeness redefined. Its a huge library with loads of books for everyone from toddlers to ripe old age. The section for kids has lots of games and picture book's. Must visit for everyone.
