A casual library. Has a small coffee bar, one large and one small meeting areas, same for children, a self-checkout, 2 'lounges' one called 'The Bayou' stocked will pillows, and areas with books for all age ranges. A lot of diversity, but not a lot of nonfiction or tween books. The new youth services director is friendly and offers many more programs then before, attracting many new people. All of the staff are friendly. 3 restrooms, 2 water fountains. BUGC students across the street come after school to study, hang out, and be picked up by their parents, so the busy hour is about 2:45-4:00 pm. Just being specific. :)
