My last year with Kaiser mental behivor is horrible beside my therapist Salina G.M
But Doctor Jessica Hazen no way first she made me wait for one hour cuz she was reading my file. Second with a treatment that made me sleep for 2 days with out consider that I have to work.
I asked to change the medicine cuz obviously didn't work , she send me the nurse to call me so I can stop the medicine n she said to call her back when I feel good with out medicine so I call her back 2 days after that , they call me the next week n said you have to go with your primary care cuz I have high thyroid. I know that for a year but whatever so I ask what happen with the medicine on they said continue with the same medicine ahhhhhh??? Wth is going on with them..
So I request again to change the medicine they said take the pill before bed n see how it goes . Don't you remember you prescribed to take the pill before bed from the beginning ?????? Apparently not so I request 3 weeks later to change the medicine , also I request to whoever is charge from psychiatry deparment to call me so I can file a report . Well I'm still waiting after 3 weeks. Dr Hazen things that our health is a game for her, she can't even remember what she prescribedresponse / report this review -

This Kaiser does not care about your appointment times. We make an appointment and show up 15 minutes early and for the third time in a row we don't get seen until 45 minutes after the appointment time. Please get more staff for the pregnant women. My wife is 6 months pregnant and should not have to sit in the waiting room for an hour just to go back & then sit for another 20 minutes. You need to keep more staff on towards the end of the day maybe? I'm getting frustrated with this Kaiser😡

I've been a patient of Kaiser my whole life and they never failed me until I needed their mental health services. I've been trying to get an appointment with Kaiser Corona Psychiatry for over a year now. I was being seen at Kaiser for several years prior and at every appointment I was prescribed a new medication that did nothing so I already have my grievances with the psychiatry department here but cannot leave Kaiser. Now that I want to address my issues again and receive proper treatment, I'm being given the run around. Every time I call I'm either unable to make an appointment, get an appointment that the staff cancels or pushes to another date outside my availability, puts me on a waiting list where I never get a call back or gives me the wrong appointment for my needs. I'm beyond frustrated with their inability to help me. Mental health concerns need to be addressed sooner than later, and and at Kaiser they've made me feel even worse and humiliated by not helping me for so long.

Dr Koontz is attentive and straight foreword does not beat around the bush, I am very pleased and will continue with his office . Thank you Doc.

My husband is so very fortunate to have Dr. Koontz as his primary care physician. Due to my husband's problems, the diagnosis was complicated, but Kaiser always proved to attentive, appropriate and professional. I have been a Kaiser member for over 30 years; my husband, only for 3 years. He can't believe that he 'put up' with non-Kaiser docs for all the years he did. What a difference. There is nowhere you'll get better care.
