  I recently had the attorneys at KC Elder Law create a trust and powers of attorney for my future planning. They were incredibly knowledgeable about all things related to estate planning and end-of-life care, in addition to the processes related to probate and passage of assets. I highly, highly recommend consulting with them for your legal needs related to nursing homes, Medicaid, and estate planning.

  The team at KC Elder Law is the best around. Not only have they helped my husband and I with our estate planning, but they helped us navigate issues related to my mother-in-laws health and need for care. Everyone, from the receptionist to the attorneys, was kind, patient, professional and beyond helpful!
