We worked with Kara North in the adoption of our son this year and she was phenomenal. We were referred to her by LDS services along with a few other adoption attorneys. Out of all other attorneys We chose Kara with Fillmore Spencer because we instantly connected with her. Kara was very understanding, personal, and extremely thorough from the very beginning. I loved that out of all the other law firms, we always talked/worked with Kara directly and not a middleman or assistant. Kara always responded to us in an extremely timely manner and made a stressful time one of the best in our lives. Adoption can be nerve racking but Kara always made us feel at ease and that she had everything under control. Kara was always there for us and made us feel like we were her only clients. Kara went above and beyond in getting us the help and resources needed in our adoption. I honestly don't think any other attorney would do as much for you as Kara did for us! She was also very affordable and beyond worth every penny! We see Kara as not just our attorney but also a great friend! She will forever be one of the biggest blessings in our life for helping us get our miracle baby. I would refer Kara North time and time again to anyone looking for an attorney for any reason!

These guys are great I have went through 2 totally separate settlement with them, and now I am referring them to 4 of my family members.
They're very trustworthy and they work fast great people.
Also they are very friendly And take your case seriously and not put it on the back burner as they work on bigger settlements till they get to your case. They work on yours right away, and they bust their butt doing.
I became friends with Randy Spencer and he is a great man and a great lawyer. I would refer these guys to any one.

Randy Spencer has not only been an amazing lawyer, he was a great friend. After helping us on a civil case with an auto insurance company that tried to intimidate us into a low settlement Randy came in like a white knight. He forced the insurance company to do the right thing, and held our hands the entire time. He will be my families lawyer from here until he retires. I would recommend him to anyone seeking justice. I would suggest those seeking advantage over people think twice if those people retain Randy, or Kara.

Aaron helped me in a custody battle for my two boys. In the state of Utah, it is difficult for Dads to get more time with their kids. Initially I was lucky to get my kids half time (week on, week off). After some time, my ex wife decided to sue me for full custody. Not only did Aaron win the case for us (no change in custody), he was able to reduce the child support amount by over 60%! Our gratitude has no end for Aaron Dodd. He IS the best! He helped maintain my relationship with my boys at a time they needed their Dad.

I've worked with several lawyers,. I've done everything from design their marketing plans, consult with them on contracts, to retain their services after my car was totaled by another driver on two separate occasions. I can say without a doubt that Fillmore Spencer is the finest firm I've ever worked with. They explained what was happening step by step. Always took the time to answer any questions, and constantly went out of their way to keep us informed. At the time we retained the services of Randy he was already scheduled to go to Japan and teach English to aspiring Japanese corporate lawyers. I was a little nervous about this at first, but those fears disappeared quickly as Randy would accommodate very odd hours to make sure everything was moving forward, and that we were taken care of. I've read a few of the negative posts and frankly they look like competitors trying to hurt a great law firm, or they are people who lost cases to Randy and his group and are seeking petty revenge, not backing up a single statement they use with examples. Again I've personally seen Randy work very odd hours to accommodate me, as well as offer additional advice that lawyers I had worked with in the past had never mentioned. Simply put he is the best lawyer I've ever met, and I've met more then my fair share. Lastly I would simply like to thank Randy and his team for being so amazing.
