Collins Group Realty did a great job marketing our house and working with us through the steps that led to closing. I can tell the difference between a superior performance by a broker's team and the average real estate operation. That is because I hold real estate licenses in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida which I use exclusively for investments in real estate and have dealt with many brokers over the years. Felicity also has a Florida real estate license.
From the first time we met Chip and his colleagues we just knew we would be in good hands. Their performance, however, far exceeded our expectations. Chip runs a well-oiled operation and has brought together an experienced group of professionals with exquisite tact in dealing with sellers and collaborating agents. Meaghen, Taylor, and Karen are a delight to work with; they know their business and they do it well. They helped us prepare the house for showings and we never felt pressured. While I purchased my home in 2018 from the Collins Group with Andre Albright as my realtor and had an excellent experience then, it has been a pleasure having a continued experience with them the last several years. I recently had need of multiple contractors for my home. I was able to contact Collins Group for a listing of contractors clients of theirs had used and respected making the search process faster and more streamlined. In addition, Andrea is always great at the little nuances that need to be completed that you might not think about. I am grateful they were my Real estate group.

The Collins Group has very graciously allowed Palmetto Hall to use their truck for our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive for Deep Well. This has been invaluable to us and they always make it so easy for us to reserve it and to pick it up. It is so nice to have a place where our residents can drop off their donations and large enough to hold everything that we collect. Thank you Collins Group! Palmetto Hall certainly does appreciate all that you do for us!

I have bought and sold many properties in my life but have never had such an incredibly positive experience as I had with Collins Realty. From the first call to closing, Howard (our Realtor at Collins) provided us with world class service in every way. He showed us properties that accurately fit our needs, answered our many questions thoroughly, and was always available by phone and when not, he returned our calls promptly. He treated us like family and was genuinely concerned that we got the right house at the right price. I give Howard and the entire Collins team my highest recommendation.

Top notch team, they are true professionals. Not living in the area and selling our vacation home, they handled EVERYTHING! It could not have gone smoother. From the professional listing pictures, to the sales negotiations, closing and finally even handling some things well after the sale, they took excellent care of it! HIGHLY recommended!!

We had never attempted to purchase a home remotely before. But, once we made our selection we were whisked away by Ann, Gail and Karen into the Collins Group process. They did a great job holding our hands from contract negotiation through closing. They made great recommendations for attorneys, inspectors, warranties, etc They really never let us down.

Collins Group is the BEST Real estate company in South Carolina! They go way beyond what's expected, and take absolutely Wonderful care of their clients. We highly recommend them to anyone who would like to buy or sell property fast, with the smoothest, most professional closings possible. We love John Friday and his Team at Collins, they all work hard and get Results! They really care about their clients and made us feel like family. We will be calling them again next time we need help selling or buying property.

Look no further than Collins Group!
We have just closed on the home we inherited from our mother as part of her estate. Both my sister and I live out of state, and because we were not residents of the home, there was a long list of details that we needed help with. Chip Collins was able to connect us with great contractors to get the home ready for sale, and he expertly moved the process along. When we first contacted him, he had very little time to prepare for our meeting, yet only a couple of hours later he had prepared a very detailed description of the home and lots of other relevant material. We were blown away!
He was great at keeping us in the loop as to what was going on both with the home itself and with potential buyers. We felt 100% confident with Chip and his entire team. Each person representing his team has been gracious, detailed, proactive and VERY easy to work with. We closed on the home in a very short period of time, got a great price, and completed every step of the process with ease. Bonus: Chip is a really, really nice guy!
