  There is a tendency to bury your head in the sand when it comes to dealing with this IRS. Not because you don't want to meet your civic or maybe even your moral obligations, but because most communication with this organization is so daunting, so pressure packed and so frightening that it seems to cause paralysis. Not to mention the fact that you're made to feel as though you're trying to get away with something, which makes you feel like a piece of s**t.
  I had tried for years to appease the IRS by trying to live up to what they were telling me needed to be done, but I just didn't have the financial resources to maintain their proposed solution for the long haul. So, as a result, I kept treading water.
  A friend of mine told me about the success that had with K&S Law Firm and recommended that I give them a call.
  From the moment I set foot into the K&S Law Office, I felt an immediate shift in my spirit. I met Omid Shirazi and after speaking with him for a short time I said to myself this guy is sharp. I could tell that he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was calm and pleasant to work with and he gave me a sense of relief.long before he starting offering me solutions.
  Shortly thereafter, the calls and letters stopped. I feel like I have regained mobility and can move forward with my life.
  If you are like me, it's sometimes easy to think this is too good to be true. Believe me, it's not!!! If you have a 'tax situation' I highly recommend calling K&S Law, you will be glad you did.
